Location is great! In a quiet area, right next to the President House and less than 10mins walk to Champs-Elysees. Convenient and secure.
Room we stayed was James. It's clean and quiet. I managed to have good sleep. Bathroom area was large, new and clean.
Hotel staffs were very nice and helpful, especially Ms Lilien at the reception desk.
Breakfast was ok. Though not a lot of choices but food quality was good.
I am so glad to have chosen this hotel.
1 minor suggestion: I experienced the change to summer time. Being someone from the other part of the world, I was not aware of this. It would be helpful if clocks (digital one in my room or the one in breakfast area) were showing the correct time. Warm reminder from the hotel would be even better.
Other than this, everything was PERFECT! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Dear guest,

We are glad to learn that you enjoyed your stay among us and that our staff had been welcoming and helpful during your stay. We all try to always give our best service. We are a small boutique hotel and it is our pleasure to offer personal attention to all of our guests. Lilliane is indeed a very valuable member of our team!

We are also pleased to see that you appreciated the central location of our hotel as well as its design, comfort and decoration.

We apologise for the inconvenience experienced concerning the time change. We apparently failed to inform you. The clocks were changed on Sunday morning as the change was happening in the night.

We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

I find this hotel very sophisticated. I stayed in room Kafka - a Czech writer. It was a quiet place where I was able to recharge after a very long flight from Sydney. I love how perfect the location was to Champs Elysees. It was just a short 5-min cab ride to see Eiffel Tower during my first night. The hotel staff were really helpful and I was able to deposit my luggage and went straight to Eiffel Tower for my booking.

Apparently there is a small pool underneath, I didn't have time to indulge but I did enjoy my stay here and would gladly go back when I visit Paris soon.

Room Tip: I reckon all rooms are distinct from A to Z of literary artists. Would recommend a room on upper lev...

Dear Sir, Dear Madam,

We thank you for writing to us and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Pavillon des Lettres.

Indeed all of our rooms are unique very comfortable and cosy. The hotel has a nice, central and quiet location being next to the President house, Champs-Elysées and at a few minutes cab away from the major sight-seeing monuments such as the Eiffel Tower.

Our staff is dedicated to the wellness of our guests. They will be very pleased to read your nice comment.

Actually we do not have a swimming-pool in the hotel. The underneath Spa you are referring to is in our sister hotel Pavillon de la reine located in the Marais.

We look forward to meeting and greeting you back soon at Pavillon des Lettres for you next Parisian trip.

Best regards

We stayed at this hotel as a family, we got three different rooms. The location is fantastic! a quiet street right next to the house of the president, very secure area that makes you feel very safe. A 2 minutes walk to the Schamps-Elysees and just about in the heart of the main area of Paris. It's a short distance to all of the major sites.
The hotel staff were very nice during the whole stay, the breakfast, European style, very nice as well.
The hotel itself is very unique, small and quiet with a lot of character. All the rooms are different from one another and each is very special in its own way.
Our rooms were quite specious with a very large bathroom area. Everything is new and clean, all the little details (such as the Molton Brown toiletries) gives it a touch of high class and quality.
We were all very happy with the hotel, very happy! we'll definitely choose this hotel without question in our next visit to Paris.
The hotel is very romantic, so as a traveling couple I assume the experience of the rooms and the dimmed lights will be even more significant. What else can you ask for in a city so Romantic?
Just a perfect little gem.

Room Tip: Two of the rooms we got were darker/more romantic and one of them was a bit more bright and modern l...

I stayed here on a business trip and was impressed. The standard rooms are not huge, but it's Paris, so not surprising, but it was well equipped and decorated to a high standard. The shower was excellent. Molton Brown toiletries are always a good sign. The service was very good and I would definitely stay again. It is located near the posh shopping district so ideal for shoppers.

This hotel, near the rue Saint-Honore, is a great central hub for high-end shopping and restaurants. My sister and I stayed in the Baudelaire suite, which I would not recommend unless you are travelling alone because the bathroom door is a combination of glass and a fabric curtain. If you are travelling alone however, this would be an amazing room to stay in as the view is great (you can see the Eiffel tower) and the décor is nicely done.

This hotel is located close to a few metro stops. I found the St. Augustin station to be the most convenient way to access other parts of the city. It is about half an hour walk to the louvre and maybe fifteen minutes to Champs-Elysees.

Dear Madame, Dear Sir,
We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay among us. Our hotel has indeed a nice shopping location as we are a few steps away from Champs-Elyséees, Faubourg Saint Honoré and Paris Grands Magasins – Lafayette Galeries and Printemps Haussmann.
Our Baudelaire room is one of our most elegant rooms, a Junior Suite located on the top floor with a splendid view over the roofs of Paris.
The architect has given much importance to light in the hotel and the rooms. The curtains are indeed designed in order to create a shadow theatre topic. You cannot see throughout but let you mind wonder towards poetic “silhouettes”
We will be glad to welcome you at Pavillon des Lettres for your future stay in Paris.

Just metres from Rue Saint-Honoré, close to attractions, restaurants, premier shopping and metro stops. Well decorated and comfortable rooms, if a little on the small size. Good vibe. Friendly service. Hard to fault.

We thank you for your nice comments. We are glad to hear that you receive a friendly greeting in our hotel from our staff and that you enjoyed the hotel location as well as its style, comfort and decoration.
If you are keen about art, we would like to let you know that we will exhibit Sandra Conan's photography from november 2013, maybe a reason to come back sooner to visit us
