“Beautiful boutique hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 June 2014

This boutique hotel is quaint and lovely. The service is awesome. I booked for 20 people for 1 night as we were on our way to Bordeaux for our wedding. So many other hotels said that they couldn't accommodate us for one night because they are only a "small hotel". I really didn't understand why as we were willing to pay in advance. Hotel Le Pavilion des Lettres (I dealed with Benoit) were so friendly and accommodating and were super helpful. The hotel is clean, gorgeous and in a great location. I would highly recommend it!

Room Tip: All rooms were great - I know because I got to see all 9 of them!

we stayed in this hotel during a 4 day break in paris. Its a small hotel newly and elegantly renovated. The room was on the smaller size but the bathroom was large and luxurious. Breakfast was good ,with a reasonable selection. The location is fantastic - a quiet square - 2 min from fobourg st honore ,5 min from champs elisee. Price is reasonable by paris standarts. We shall return!!

Room Tip: Rooms are small so think of upgrading for the larger ones

Dear guests,

We would like to thank you for choosing Le Pavillon des Lettres for your last stay in Paris.

We are pleased to see that you liked the hotel for its elegance. The hotel has indeed been fully renovated for 3 years now. It is a luxury boutique hotel with a sophisticated design and artistic and modern touches. As a Parisian building the rooms are not the most spacious but very well thought in order to provide a high level of comfort from our Superiors to our Deluxes and Junior Suites.

We thank you for your comment and we look forward to welcoming you back soon

Best regards

Love this hotel. Really smart and trendy, in a brilliant part of town where you are really close to everything but off the beaten track. It is an incredibly safe and interesting location as you are opposite the Ministry for Interior and about 100 yards from the Presidents house so there is a significant police presence 24/7 making this the safest place we have ever been. Brilliant and highly recommended to all

Dear guests,

We are very pleased to hear that you had a lovely stay among us.
The location is indeed a very convenient and safe one. We are closed to political institutions as well as monuments and shopping avenues. From Faubourg St honoré street to Champs Elysees and the river banks or the Opera house and the Parisian Grands Magasins everything is at few yards from our place.

We hope to see you back soon among us

Best regards

Spent six days at this fine hotel. We had stayed here last year and enjoyed it. Great location. A few minutes walk away from two Metro stations and a ten minute walk to the Champ Elysée. A quiet and safe area of town. Friendly service from all staff and especially from the lady who serves breakfast. She remembered us from last year's visit. That made us feel good. The concierge service was excellent at recommending restaurants that we really enjoyed. We are already thinking of our next trip to Paris and we will be staying here.

We highly recommend this hotel.

Location is great! In a quiet area, right next to the President House and less than 10mins walk to Champs-Elysees. Convenient and secure.
Room we stayed was James. It's clean and quiet. I managed to have good sleep. Bathroom area was large, new and clean.
Hotel staffs were very nice and helpful, especially Ms Lilien at the reception desk.
Breakfast was ok. Though not a lot of choices but food quality was good.
I am so glad to have chosen this hotel.
1 minor suggestion: I experienced the change to summer time. Being someone from the other part of the world, I was not aware of this. It would be helpful if clocks (digital one in my room or the one in breakfast area) were showing the correct time. Warm reminder from the hotel would be even better.
Other than this, everything was PERFECT! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Dear guest,

We are glad to learn that you enjoyed your stay among us and that our staff had been welcoming and helpful during your stay. We all try to always give our best service. We are a small boutique hotel and it is our pleasure to offer personal attention to all of our guests. Lilliane is indeed a very valuable member of our team!

We are also pleased to see that you appreciated the central location of our hotel as well as its design, comfort and decoration.

We apologise for the inconvenience experienced concerning the time change. We apparently failed to inform you. The clocks were changed on Sunday morning as the change was happening in the night.

We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

I find this hotel very sophisticated. I stayed in room Kafka - a Czech writer. It was a quiet place where I was able to recharge after a very long flight from Sydney. I love how perfect the location was to Champs Elysees. It was just a short 5-min cab ride to see Eiffel Tower during my first night. The hotel staff were really helpful and I was able to deposit my luggage and went straight to Eiffel Tower for my booking.

Apparently there is a small pool underneath, I didn't have time to indulge but I did enjoy my stay here and would gladly go back when I visit Paris soon.

Room Tip: I reckon all rooms are distinct from A to Z of literary artists. Would recommend a room on upper lev...

Dear Sir, Dear Madam,

We thank you for writing to us and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Pavillon des Lettres.

Indeed all of our rooms are unique very comfortable and cosy. The hotel has a nice, central and quiet location being next to the President house, Champs-Elysées and at a few minutes cab away from the major sight-seeing monuments such as the Eiffel Tower.

Our staff is dedicated to the wellness of our guests. They will be very pleased to read your nice comment.

Actually we do not have a swimming-pool in the hotel. The underneath Spa you are referring to is in our sister hotel Pavillon de la reine located in the Marais.

We look forward to meeting and greeting you back soon at Pavillon des Lettres for you next Parisian trip.
