Location is great, near subway and train stations and Louvre. Also, it is close from place vendome if you go for some shopping. The staff was friendly at the reception, restaurant/lobby is well designed even though a bit more colour could help. Rooms are nice and functional, at least mine was really quiet. Only negative was the rather small gym. Also, foood prices are slightly on the expensive side.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room, not one on the road

Location: Great location close to la Madeleine and Opera. Walking distance to the Grand Magasins (Galleries Lafayettes and Printemps).

Room: Nice, and small for what you would expect in Paris. The room we had opened up into a small internal courtyard and not very much lighting. Smallest room I have stayed at a Hyatt Regency anywhere in the world.

Facilities: No comment. No major facilities as this is a smaller hotel. Better for tourism rather than hanging out in the hotel for facilities.

F&B: We ate outside of the hotel so no comment.

Service: Very good. What you would expect from a Hyatt. Concierge was helpful and good English.

Summary: Nice boutique style hotel in the very heart of high-end Paris. Don't expect much in terms of room size and value, but certainly a nice stay.

It was my first time travelling to Europe, we were attending a wedding outside of paris and my dad rented the top floor of the Hyatt since there was about 8 of us. We had the most amazing view of all of Paris and balcony's overlooking the city and the Eiffel Tower. The larger suite also had a large walkout patio where we would have drinks at night and overlook the city. Service was great, everyone there spoke perfect english and was very helpful. The only negative I can think of is that there wasn't a large restaurant to eat at, just a small bar we would sit at before dinner.

Room Tip: One side of the hotel has a direct view of the effiel tower- truly beautiful at night

This hotel is worth every penny you spend. The location is perfect, staff is wonderful, everything was done to perfection. The breakfast buffet is great, so is the food in the Cafe. We cannot wait to come back.

This hotel is perfectly located for business, shopping and simply sightseeing. Very helpful staff, nicely appointed rooms with pleasant bathrooms. All stores nearby, from wine shop to world-renowned department stores. Massively famous attractions within walking distance, easy access to mass transit. A crawl to the banking district and minutes to La Defense business district. Creative environment program - ask about the beehive on the 7th floor.

Stayed for five nights last month on a conference trip and decided to pay top dollar for an executive King room knowing how squishy Paris hotels can be. Good idea as room lovely and light filled with view of the tour eiffel with plenty of room for me to pad about. All the amenities one needs except a steam iron! but one was promptly procured on my obvious dismay so well done there (can't be crumpled in this town!). Beds only good if you don't mind them firm (which I don't) but might be a thumbs down for some.
My only complaint is that for a five star I expect all the services to be top notch and while all staff were unfailingly charming and responsive they didn't know how to make a proper martini, the bar was closed early on a couple of nights and the foyer bar while elegant could have done without the cleaner vacuuming while we were trying to converse. Otherwise perfect location for walking and shopping and will try Vendome next time to see how it compares.

Room Tip: Pay the extra and choose an executive king

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We are thrilled you enjoyed the Executive room; Sounds like you appreciated all the in-room amenities and the Eiffel Tour view! However, I'm very concerned with regards to your comments about the service. Please rest assured that I will personally follow up with the team. We hope you will come back and visit us again! Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and the location was ideal. The restaurant food was really good. I've been to various Hyatt's before and they've always been very good but the rooms here are so small and seemed very basic for the money you pay.
