Beautiful works of art in a great setting. Definitely worth going to a few times in your life. Now, it is HUGE and can take HOURS and HOURS to see it all, so I suggest you establish a plan at the beginning about what and how much you want to see when you go, and consider coming back another time to see the rest. Look into ordering tickets ahead of time online and ask Louvre employees where you can go with your advance tickets to skip the massive lines that are usually there. Otherwise, it could well take you 1-2 hours in line just to get in.

This museum is wonderful! It is huge so either hire a tour guide or go in with a plan. We spent 3 1/2 hours with a guide and barley scratched the surface. If you want to see some of the oldest art in the world this this is the place to go.

This place is huge and spread out, it is crowded, specially where the Mona Lisa is. However other exhibits are amazing, we spent over four hours and thee was still plenty to see. The Louvre is another reason to go back to Paris.

There was a long line to get in, but it moved pretty quickly and was well worth the wait. We spent about 4 hours exploring the museum and could've easily stayed longer but we had restaurant reservations and a show to attend.

The Louvre is a breath taking place. An infinity of art works and you definitely can’t see it all in one day, but it’s worth the visit and a must when you are in Paris! It didn’t take us long to get into the museum, we had our tickets pre booked online, however it was a hassle to find a place in Paris to print them since they won’t accept the ticket in your phone, so do that in advance. Be prepared that it can also be crowded once your near the main art works, such as the Monalisa and Venus. Enjoy your visit.
