“Great visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 October 2013

We probably would not have sought this out if it had not been included in the Paris Museum Pass. It was a small but lovely collection of his works, housed in the apartment where he lived (and died) as well as his studio. It was a little hard to find but I like his work and it was worth it for me.

“Quaint, Small And Very Nice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 August 2013

Located in a small pretty neighborhood square and easy to find as there are signs pointing the way. The exhibit is in the last home of the artist as he was painting frescoes such as Jacob wrestling with the angel in Saint Sulpice. There is a good display of paintings, drawings, etchings and letters. A pretty garden is worth a short stroll and don't miss the studio where he painted and over 50 quality paintings are on display. A good museum to visit just a short distance from Cathedral Saint Germaine Du Peres which is also worth the time.

“small but interesting museum”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 March 2013

The museum is located in one of the most charming Parisian neighbourhoods. The house is well kept and shows small but well curated exhibitions.
It is firstly the house and not the Delacroix museum.
Worth the visit if you are an artist.
Small garden is worth the visit in spring.

“Skip it unless the studio and gardens are open”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 November 2012

I visited the museum in November 2012. Unfortunately, both the studio and gardens were closed. That left a few rooms with sparse furniture and paintings to visit. It was so bad that they didn't actually charge admission. I would not go here again until the studio is open.
Enjoy Paris!
