I'd read there was a mini Statue of Liberty in Paris,so after seeing the main one in New York's harbour I just had to see the smaller one.We didn't go on to the Island of Swan's but we got our photos from the bridge down from the one where the statue is.Be prepared for quite a long walk & I think the NY original is way more impressive.

Having visited Paris a couple of times I finally decided to take the plunge and check out this miniature Statue of Liberty. Having never been to New York I thought that the statue was nice. It is a perfect mini version of the Statue in New York and it does face the direction of the New York version which was a gift from the French. I walked down the long island to get to it and there is nothing around. It was a pleasant enough walk but definitely nothing special. Now after seeing the New York Statue of Liberty I was even less impressed. I would recommend this to someone who has not been to New York and has extra time in their hands after seeing the plethora of other amazing attractions and things to do in Paris.

Many people don't know it, but this is the prototype the French built in order to show the Americans how the one in New York would be like. It is stationed in the middle of the Pont de Granelle on an artificial island that you can visit. It looks towards the one in New York.

This statue which is located in the heart of Republique Square. The tourist gives less attenton because of free to enter. It has area where citizens,of all thoughts of school says freely. This place is busy on weekend. It is real public place, which represent its name.

Miniature of the Ones we have in New York.
French gifted a big statue of liberty to US which is now in New York. As a gratitude, Americans also presented French a statue of liberty but a tiny one.I haven't seen the one in New York but liked the one in Paris. It looks really tiny from Eiffel tower top.
