We have booked an after hour tour for the Opera Garnier (highly recommended) and we were astonished at the beauty of the Opera on all levels : the paintings , the sculptures , etc... all spectacular ! A must when you visit Paris !

“Elegant and impressive look”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

Considering other tourims options in Paris, Opera tickets are very expensive for one hour tour. Furnitures, walls and pictures are really very nice

“Fabulous!”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

If you're a fan of art meets architecture, this is a place to visit! Stunning, I believe, is the word that comes to mind. Before you pay to enter, make sure you can see the auditorium...the first two trips we made to Paris, the aud was closed because of rehearsals. We made it on this third trip with only 10 minutes left before it was to be closed. We sprinted to the 3rd floor, and wow! It was so worth the wait!!! Then a leisurely stroll through all of the hallways, foyers, the library, etc. was so interesting! We spent about two hours here. It is a must-see.

“Attended an opera and loved it!”
Reviewed 9 June 2014 via mobile

I'm not one to really go in for the opera stuff, but this building should be known as one of the most impressive buildings ever made. You think that is heady praise? Yes it is, and if you visit it, you will probably think so too. Try and catch a show there if you can make the time. Its not too expensive and no need to dress up, just wear a nice shirt and slacks.

“Smell like piss”
Reviewed 9 June 2014 via mobile

Beautiful architecture but the pee pee smell ruined it all.
They charged for the ticket so they should have better maintenance.
