We visited as a family with 2 young children April 14. This has a lovely feel to it with lots of cobbled streets & steep stair cases to wander through. It was tiring for our 4 and 8 year olds but we came across some lovely patisseries where we could stop, eat and rest. These are the streets that bring you up behind the Sacre Coeur and round by Place du Tertre (with all the artists paintinportraits). These are both worth seeing and the views from the top by Sacre Coeur are amazing across the city. Sacre Coeur is free to go in so a cheap way to see the city and sights. You can also aproach from the front which is easier if you have pushchairs as carousel & play park at bottom of hill and can easily push pram up to top. We liked it so much we went back twice.
