My wife and I stopped as it was recommended. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. They did forget to bring part of the meal until we reminded them, but otherwise everything else was great. We sat outside to enjoy the blue skies but there was little fresh air as smokers sat on either side. Such is a downside in France.

We visited the Eiffel Tower and went for lunch at Le Petit Cler. The service was excellent and the food was good. Price is decent for a lunch. Had to walk a small distance to reach the restaurant but there were stores along the way.

The food here is good. We were looking for a no fuss dinner and walked into this place near our apartment. After the servers worked out who was going to serve us, things moved very quickly. We each had the steak-frites plate (good) and were fed and out in an hour. Great!

We tried 4 restaurants around rue Cler and this was the best one. They have a limited selection but terrine, snail , ratattouille were on their menu so I was glad to taste some local food. What I had was tasty. The plates are not so big , but it was ok for me. It is expensive, especially the drinks (there are 20% vat on drinks and 10% on food in France). The place is small.

The food here was good but the tables inside are VERY close together. Once you get into the back bench you can't get out unless you disrupt other diners
