Stayed 3 nights recently. This was our first visit to Paris and the hotel was ideal for us. Location excellent for walking or tourist bus, Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the art deco features. Housekeeping all good and property appeared well maintained. Would definitely return myself or recommend to others.

Room Tip: We were on the 4th floor, no street noise when windows shut, but also good to open them and absorb a...

I visited Paris for 1 day this fall. The hotel is located in a fine place. It allowed me to enjoy despite rainy weather walk on vicinities. Everything was near. Tne room was rather big, pure and cozy. Personnel was friendly. The impression remained very good.

Businesses in the service industry should be customer focused to provide customer satisfaction. The staff at the Richepanse certainly provide customer focused service. Every staff member that we encountered during our visit worked as hard as they could to make sure that our stay was as pleasant and enjoyable as it could be. Every issue, big or small, was handled quickly, cheerfully, and to our satisfaction.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean with a great bed. The hotel is in a good location which is within walking distance of many important tourist attractions. The price was good in comparison to other Paris hotels. We would highly recommend the Richepanse and we will definitely stay here again.

It's hard to imagine how this hotel could be improved, especially considering the reasonable rates and the quality of service. It has an excellent central location, first class staff and amenities, an excellent breakfast and an atmosphere which makes a stay in Paris so memorable.
We enjoyed the sound isolation from the busy streets, the generally high quality of the cleaning and servicing of the room and the understated but interesting decor throughout.

Problems with cigarette smoke pollution (which seems to pervade all of Paris, regardless of location) in the air conditioning can be expected but I suspect this is out of the control of anyone. Ventilation might usefully be increased in the public areas to offset this intrusion. This is a big issue for those of us who are asthmatic so be prepared for this widespread Parisian problem.

Room Tip: We had an unsolicited upgrade to a high, front corner room which had a lovely street view and relati...

This 4 star hotel is in the heart of Central Paris close to numerous tourist sites - Musee du Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Opera Palais Garnier, Notre Dame Cathedral, Eglise St. Eustache, Englise de la Madeleine, Musee d'Orsat, Musee de l'Orangerie, and Sainte-Chapelle, to name a few. With a subway entrance about half a block away, traveling throughout the city was easy. The English speaking lobby/reception staff was fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They recommended area restaurants, explained the subway system, secured airport shuttle service and taxi service for us, and always greeted up with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection of food items including fresh omelets. This breakfast buffet was the best that we have enjoyed in our travels in Europe. We booked our reservation on line directly with the hotel and emailed them several times with questions regarding sites for booking museum passes, tours, etc. Each responding email provided the requested information. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean with a lovely, large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The mini bar/refrigerator was stocked with snacks, water, sodas, wine at reasonable prices. We felt that the hotel rate was very appropriate for this 4 star hotel and all of its amenities and location. It is my pleasure to recommend this hotel. When I have the opportunity to return to Paris, I will stay at the Best Western Premier Opera Richepanse.

Room Tip: We were travelers from Texas in the USA and are accustomed to almost year round air conditioning. T...

Recently stayed in Paris for 3 nights on my honeymoon from 10/21-10/24. I booked this hotel based upon its location and the reviews on TripAdvisor, we were not disappointed.

The location of the hotel is pretty much ideal. A block from La Madeleine and two blocks from Rue de Rivoli. It was within easy walking distance to Le Louvre, Notre Dame, Ponts de Arts. It was two blocks from Place de la Concorde. I think right where you want to be.

Fantastic access to the Metro. It was a longish walk to the Arc de Triomphe, but the weather was great and a pleasant walk.

The room was very nice and large (we got a deluxe #27). The bathroom was also very nice and large. WiFi worked great in our room and was actually pretty fast.

The staff at the hotel was truly outstanding and extremely helpful. On our first day the guest clerk, Tizziano was a tremendous help. He gave us an outlet adapter, directions and even made dinner reservations for us. Another clerk, a woman whose name I totally forgot to get made reservations for us as well.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. nothing against the hotel, we just wanted to get out and about and ate on the walk.

Could not have been happier with the hotel and staff. We hope to be back!
