We booked thru hotwire.com. The Hotel is centered on a "5 min." walk nearby the Metrostation "Nation" at "Place de la Nation", wich serves the M-lines 1,2,6 and 9 and Rail (RER) -A. From here it is a perfect start into the heart of Paris. Hotel staff was friendly and the check-in was as quick as it should be. The room we had (84) was good, accessed thru several levelings (stairs or elevator) as the Hotel excists out of more than one building connected by two lovely patios.
Our room was faced to the "Rue des Boulets" wich sure is more quiet than the "Rue du Faubourg-Sant-Antoine". The room had enough comfort wich serves "modern society", small kitchen & micorowave included. Enough space for two, but not oversized in terms of space, just good. Free wifi wich has to be refreshed every 24hrs, the signal was good. We did not use the breakfast service inside the hotel, as we found the room/place a little "hidden" without direct daylight, though many used and all looked satisfied :-). Bagage can be left secured at the hotel on exit day, so hands are free for a last visit to Paris. We collected them first at 5PM wich was no problem at all! Greetz marc

Room Tip: Rooms on the east are quieter.

Located within 2 blocks of 2 different Metro lines. Rooms were comfortable- great showers. Staff went out of their way to help us with directions, language questions. They really look out after their guests.

Room Tip: Higher floors are less noisy from late arriving or early departing guests.

I was not expecting much from this hotel since it is classified as a 3 star hotel but we had a 6 day 5 night stay here and we found it quite comfortable. Our room was perfect, it had a king size bed, small kitchenette & it overlooked the courtyard. I love that we could open our windows at night to let in some fresh air. We did not have a problem with the size of our room, we had just enough space. The room was always cleaned every day and the people that work on the property are very friendly. The receptionists, Sara & Cederic were always so helpful and give us tips and answer all our questions. Another good thing about the hotel is the metro is only a 3 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the location of the hotel is pretty central. I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here very much and would stay here again if I returned back to Paris.

Room Tip: Choose a room overlooking the courtyard. :)

This is a good hotel. My family and I stayed here for about 5 days and we were very satisfied. The things that made our stay convinient were: (1) having a baby crib put in our room (2) having pots, pans, plates, a stove and microwave (it was nice to be able to eat indoors, especially with a baby), (3) there are lots of convinient stores down the street, (4) free wifi

The rooms are clean and the staff were friendly too! We would definitely come back!

Had the good fortune to stay here as part of a GroupOn deal for 3 nights. It's a smaller example, and was quite reminiscent of a holiday apartment block in someways. We stayed in a superior double which wasn't massive, but had everything we'd need, with air con, TV, safe and a little kitchenette, with the all important wine bottle opener (when I figured out how to use it properly!).

Breakfast was obviously a continental effort with as many croissants as you can manage, but big bonus was that you didn't need to rush as they served it til 11am. Unfortunately they didn't have a bar or a resteraunt, but as there was a pretty good one near the front entrance that wasn't too much of a loss.

Add to that some nice staff on the front desk it really was a nice place to lay your head and perfectly located.

We had a great visit at the Best Western Le Patio in Paris. The double rooms were standard size for Paris, but my sister's family had a triple room and it was huge! The nice thing is that they all had a small fridge, sink and stovetop with a few basic kitchen supplies. The hotel staff was sooo nice! It was always pleasant to be greeted warmly and they were very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff there was also great. Courtyards were very inviting and a nice place to unwind with a bottle of wine easily purchased at one of the nearby small shops with some fruit, etc. Two metro stops in a five minute walk. Several dining options, all reasonably priced for Paris. Always felt safe walking at night.
