This hotel is perfectly located with the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe both just short walks away. Our room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The continental breakfast was really tasty and we were well looked after by the attentive waiter. We found the staff on reception extremely helpful, especially Paul and Cyril, who managed to sort out a problem with our booking (our fault) with the minimum of fuss. They also took the time to recommend restaurants and suggested places to visit during our stay. All in all, very pleased that we chose this hotel and we will make sure to book here next time we visit Paris!

Took our 10 year old grandson to Paris for Bastille Day. Found a room (actually small suite) at the Radisson that has a direct line of sight for the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower (Room 511). The staff was terrific and the view from the room was spectacular. Easily fit our grandson and grandparents in separate areas with more privacy than we expected. Smallish by American standards and V-shaped, but still worked for us. Get this room for the fireworks!

Room Tip: Room 511 (and probably 411) have great views of the Tower.

The staff at Radisson Blu Trocadero treated us with the utmost respect and impeccable service. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and fun; the room was beautiful and clean; the continental breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family or strangers - it's a fabulous place with wonderful people and in an amazing location!

Ideally located close to the Eiffel Tower, metro and quaint restaurants but be prepared for tiny rooms with little or no air conditioning. The first night our room was on the second floor which proved out to be quite warm so requested move to higher floor. Hotel provided a similar room on the 5th floor that was brighter and somewhat cooler so much more comfortable. Always ask for a room above the second floor. Small elevator but much appreciated as spiral stairs quite tricky especially if you have mobility problems. Front desk staff very helpful as was the doorman who provided excellent suggestions about metro, restaurants and Paris sites. Great small hotel to stay as a base as long as you don't plan to spend much time in your room.

Room Tip: Third floor or higher and not over main hotel entrance. Rooms at back of the floor are quieter.

For a first trip to Paris, this was a wonderful hotel. Very clean, friendly front desk staff and concierge (one even took my brother's clothes to the laundromat and helped me navigate the machines!). There was no A/C while we were there even though we double-checked that it was working before we went as we heard on TripAdvisor that there were problems. Fortunately, the weather was cool, so we kept the windows open and used the fan provided by the hotel. My room was upgraded one level so plenty big, including the bathroom. Great location and great experience. Also, the continental breakfast (20 euros) may seem like a lot for coffee, juice, pastries, and fruit, but it is done so well - I have never had fresh-squeezed apple juice (green) or raspberry juice, The pastries were amazing and the fruit was very ripe.

Room Tip: do at least a one-level upgrade

This was my first time in Paris and I was more than happy with the location and stay at this hotel. It was a 1 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and Metro and 5 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. The rooms were very quaint, the Champagne bar is a must visit within the hotel and the Louis Vuitton elevator is a wonderful plus- for women anyway! My only complaint is the front desk staff. They were very pleasant but not too knowledgeable when questions were asked; only one woman (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) was helpful. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Paris, and if I were to ever visit again, this would be my choice of stay.

If you plan to visit the 16th this hotel is well located - you can cover most destinations on foot. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. The room I had, was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of light and the windows could be opened. However, it was on the small side - especially the bathroom: anyone taller than 6ft will find it extremely challenging to sit on the loo :( While my room was smoke free, the lobby feels like stepping into an ashtray. Finally, service was impeccable and friendly - the chambermaid gave me extra candy during the bed turn-down service :) Definitely a place you can stay in if you run out of better options.
