I can only confirm that the rooms are, to parisian standards, large and well maintained, and mine had great walk in shower with rainshowerhead. There was complementary coffee and tea and bottled water in the room and an empty minibar that you can stock with things from the ground floor, or (much cheaper) from next doors' Monoprix supermarket, or the shops and open air market accross the street. Personnel was very nice.
I had never before stayed in this area, but I really liked it. There is a daily market accross the street that is much better and authentic than rue Cler. When arriving from Gare du Nord you can fetch the 43 bus that stops accross the street stop Ternes-Mac Mahon (a taxi will set you some 13€ back) or if arriving from Montparnasse there is the 92 bus which arrives around the corner.
