First the positives, great location, near the Arc, nice restaurants, the Metro. The room was small but manageable. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of yogurts, breads, croissant, beverages.
The evening staff and the gentleman at the desk on Friday, March 23 were helpful and pleasant.
The man at the front desk during the day on Monday thru Thursday (March 19-March 22) was rude and unaccommodating. We arrived at the hotel at 1 PM after traveling all night and having a transportation problem at the airport. I asked about an early check in and was told it was not possible. Not even by 2 hours. I had requested twin beds because I was traveling with my grandson. The first room had a king size bed and when I asked for the requested room I was treated as if it was an imposition.
To end on a positive note, overall is was a nice hotel for its location, decor and price.

It's very well situated, the rooms are clean, with all necessary accessories; they even offer tea/coffee. And there are also books available from Flaubert, which you can take, if you want. The staff is kind and ready to help. It's close to the bus stop reaching the airports. The hotel is a perfect option to stay in the centre of Paris.

Nice hotel with a good location close to metro etc. Good value. Great shower and friendly staff. The room is quiet small but for the price and location it is good. The staff were friendly and always welcoming
Free luggage storage also which is a bonus. I wouldn't pay the €12 for the on-site breakfast and there are loads of lovely shops nearby where you can get coffee and a pastry for only €2

Place is basic, clean, and nice. Overall also a very good location. Plenty of restaurants within several minutes. For Paris, a very good value. Also, fairly peaceful and quiet location, which is also rare.

We stayed here for 4 nights in October. The hotel was in a great location, the facilities are spot on for a basic hotel, the room was small but perfectly adequate, and the staff were very helpful. Whilst there our flight was cancelled and there were no flights until the following day. The staff liaised with our travel agents and let us spend the extra night in our original room, rather than moving us to another room for the extra night. They also let us check in at 10.30am when we arrived when we asked to drop our bags off, as our room was ready. Would stay here again. Thanks!
