My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel. We chose this Hotel because we wanted to be close (it is a 10 minute walk) to the Arc de Triomphe (where the Tour de France was slated to pass near its end), and the price was right. It turned out to be a good choice. Although it is very close to the Ternes metro station,l we never used that one; we simply used the Charles de Gaulle Etoile station (right at the Arc) for metro. We had a small room and bathroom. The shower water was hot and pressure was good. Only one English option on the TV (Al Jezeerah). We did not choose the breakfast option since we thought 10 euro per person was a bit high, but we later learned that even simple coffee and criossants at a cafe shop can approach that price. Keep in mind that Paris prices are high everywhere. Wireless internet access costs 5 euro per 24 hours so we skipped that as well. There is a small lobby on the ground floor. The neighborhood overall is very nice; there are many coffee shops and restaurants as well as a vibrant market and two supermarkets just down the street. There was no air conditioning in our room. The weather was warm during our stay and we had to open a window which kept us cool enough, but it was noisy outside. We asked the hotel to hold our luggage on the last day after we checked out and went to the Louvre for the morning, and were a bit surprised that they left it outside in their courtyard. Would we stay here again? A strong possibility, but we would look at other options as well.

We just returned from a family (of 4) trip to Europe with a 2 night stay at Hotel des Deux Avenues. The accomodations were great and very convenient within a short walk to Place Charles de Gaulle and Arc de Triomphe as well as many cafes and boulangeries on Avenue de Wagram - and a cash machine right around the corner.
Mr.Clement and his staff were very nice and helpful and the amenities were more than adequate.
We would stay here again and recommend it to those who are looking for a clean and convenient location at a reasonable price for central Paris.

We just returned from our 4th trip to Paris, and our 4th stay at the Deux Avenues. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Paris (unless we hit the lottery, of course). M. Karimi, the owner, is a charming host, and does an excellent job of managing this small hotel.

We stayed twice in this hotel so far, we have chosen it both times because of its great location and a good price.
This is a very cute, boutique hotel, very simple and cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The best thing about staying there is that you really feel like you are in the middle of the city and real Paris: the hotel is based right next to the lovely food market with lots of shops where you can get some delicious fruits and head on foot to have a picnic at Eiffel tower (max.30 min walk).

The only disappointment is breakfast :there is a very limited choice of items: jam and nutella,we had no ham or cheese but one hard boiled egg which was very old and smelly…one piece of the baguette and croissants which last time were not even fresh. I did mention this to the very nice lady who was serving the breakfast but she said that I should mention this to the management…I did not do it at the end but if they do read this now, this is the only low point of your hotel so please try to improve it!

The hotel offers to store your luggage or even provide with a room at 10 am if they have it ready.
Very friendly stuff, it is unusual for Paris as normally people are rude wherever you go and there is no customer care..So be prepared 

All in all-highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the 3 nights I spent at this hotel. Although the rooms are tiny (like most hotels in Paris), the newly appointed beds were extremely comfortable and the place spotlessly clean. I had a small room with a double bed + a single one: tight but just fine if you don't plan on spending much time in your room. It's a good address for business people since it's easy to call a cab or getting a shuttle to the airport. If you're in Paris to see the sights, however, I wouldn't recommend this place because it's really far from just about all of them.
( For the same price, you're better off staying near the banks of the Seine or close to the Eiffel tower). The owner is extremely friendly and helpful (The man who takes the night shift, on the other hand, not so much...)
One of the downsides is that, as one previous reviewer pointed out, the breakfast is nothing to write home about. I had stale bread the first morning. If you have the time, you might want to have breakfast or coffee at one of the many cafes right up the street. The other one is that if you do want to catch a breather, the TV has very few available channels. I had one in Spanish, one in German, and one if French! I could probably have asked the owner to fix it but didn't really need to.

Room Tip: I liked my room, with one double bed and one single.

Well this was my first trip to Paris and i booked another hotel in Pigalle which was a disaster and i ran away first thing in the morning,so i went to Des Deux Avenue, the BEST BEST thing about this hotel is the location on Rue Wagram which is 8-10 minutes away from Etoile and Champs Elyses and theres a metro station near by so u can go everywhere in Paris. the hotel is basic but the rooms more spacious than a 3 star hotel and they even had a bath tub .sheets and towels were changed daily. i payed 110 euros per night which is good compared to Parisian prices but u can find it cheaper online since this was a walk-in price.the staff where friendly , Mr.Karimi was really nice and helpful . i don't recommend the breakfast u can get better deals in the cafe's around and enjoy Parisian Atmosphere!! I would go back to this hotel for it's location, cleanliness and staff !
