We spent 3 nights in this hotel with my husband end of May, 2014. The hotel is huge, staff is nice. The hotel needs a renovation but it is still OK and clean. The bed was comfortable, the size of the room was allright. Breakfast good.
Approx. 5 minutes walk to the metro station: Brochant. Authentic french restaurants in the neighborhood.

This place is a bit out of the centre of Paris although easy enough to get to - the nearest metro station is 5 mins walk and with one change can get you to the central attractions in around 15-20 mins. The neighbourhood its in is ok - the are plenty of local cafes, couple of little supermarkets, but its not overly nice. Feels safe enough though.

Pros: Location not too bad. Gard du Nord is about 20 mins in a taxi or via the metro. Central Paris easy enough to get to. Food in local cafe's is reasonably priced for eating in the evening. Staff very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good shower!

Cons: In-hotel food is not great and overpriced. Lot of building work going on in the local area, so bit noisy. No fridge or safe in the room. Buy water bottles from one of the local shops - vending machines in the hotel are extortionate!

Overall a good experience.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that overlooks the Eiffel Tower. Its quite far in the distance, but looks good lit up...

This hotel could of got a 4 star rating but i found bed bugs. I called housekeeping and they changed sheets etc. That was my only gripe.
Breakfast was your usual continental spread. This is quite a large hotel and staff were friendly. I stayed here as part of a Contiki tour group. The Laundromat was a few meters away which came in handy when touring.

Hotel was in a shopping district. I even had my hair done at a salon oppo hotel. Also the famous and second most expensive shopping street - Le Champ Elysees is a short taxi ride away. Hotel arranges a taxi for you but if you already on foot its easy to hail a cab.

Convenient for airport transfer. Hotel location is in a safe district as i went exploring by myself.

Room Tip: At the time there was lots of construction so views from rooms consisted of cranes and there was noi...

The hotel is on the northern edge of the periphery ring road of Paris, and is located a bit down an alley away from the main road. It is a huge hotel with a lot of guests. The rooms are about averaged sized for a European budget hotel, but otherwise okay. Decent cable service on the tv. There are a number of restaurants and a small bar within the hotel. Breakfast was satisfying though the choices were more continental than either Ibis hotels I have stayed in before. But honestly there was more than an enough different items to choose from that I had no complaints.

One note: the Metro line to the hotel (#13) during rush hour has a lot of pickpockets. Take all precautions you can.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, inside a dark alley among abandoned buildings ! The surroundings are not really nice after sunset. Rooms are super small size just like their cars !
The breakfast was good. There is a metro station nearby and you must be extremely alert riding the metro about the pick pockets ! Thugs and Quasimodos are everywhere.
Hotel is clean, wifi is good and free. Ask for a room facing the Eiffel tower and on the upper floors to avoid the eyesores of vibrant constructions around.

Room Tip: Upper floors and facing the Eiffel tower.

We had the opportunity to stay at this particular IBIS property last year. Great access to the tube/metro and one can get to the Eiffel in 20 minutes. However, the restaurants need a better menu to begin with (we ended up eating Pizzas the whole time) and the breakfast was cold.

Decent rooms with a nice view of the Eiffel again. I do recommend this property though service levels could improve. Will settle for an average rating.

Room Tip: Rooms with a clear view of the Eiffel.

This is i huge hotel in the nothern suburb of Paris. Convenient but nothing special.
A typical chainhotel with no personality. A lot of guests, crowded. Chaos in the garage.
Good breakfast NOT a typical French but more of an English with a lot of choices.

Room Tip: Maybe it´s nicer to stay on the top floors, but not really.
