really great location with 3 metro station within 5-10 mins walk.Reception staff so helpful.Room was small but clean we asked for high floor and got a room on top floor.Lots of restauarants on the doorstep and near by, but street was nice and quiet after the hustle & bustle of Paris. We decided to go to the Louvre as we were taking a tour later that day from there,I left my booking form on desk and the reception guy ran all the way to the metro to give me it back, so helpfull above and beyond!I would definatley stay here again and have recomemmded this hotel to my friends, great value clean, free wi-fi, quiet and amazing location.

Room Tip: we booked standard room it was small but its paris maybe next size up would be better.

Excellent value for money hotel. Room not overly big, but very clean and tidy, well-appointed, with king-size bed for the only time you'll need to be in the room! Relatively quiet residential area, lots of restaurants nearby, plus 3 or 4 Metros stations to choose from for getting around. If you fancy the effort, Champs Elysees is within walking distance (about 25 minutes), as is even Montmartre (about an hour). Friendly and helpful staff, a nice slow lift to help you up the 6 floors. All great value at €95/night for at end of Tour de France 2014 - bargain!

Room Tip: Street-side rooms were bright in morning (East-facing), but quiet. Top floor roof noise during overn...

We booked 4 months in advance so got a good price considering the location.
We had travelled on the overnight train from Verona and arrived at the hotel at around 10:00am and the man on the desk was very helpful even phoning to see if our rooms were available and as they weren't put all our luggage in a storage area for us, he then gave us a map and explained how to get to the various attractions.
The rooms are little small as you would expect but very clean and perfectly adequate for a 3 day city break. There is also a nice little bar area where you can get various beverages including a very pleasant nightcap.
The location is very good with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance.
All the main attractions are a short metro ride away, we walked to the Sacré Cœur which took about 30 mins.
We travelled back to London on the Eurostar from Gare du Nord and it only took us around 25 mins using the metro.

Room Tip: The lift is small so if you struggle up stairs try to get a room on the lower floors.

Stayed here only after checking out of another horrible hotel in Paris. From the start the staff was very welcoming. They were helpful with directions and respected your privacy , if you preferred to sleep in later than usual. Location is near many restaurants, 3 stops on the metro to all the great Paris sites and shopping. Room service is available till midnight and choices were plenty.
After leaving the horrible hotel I had previously booked and only stayed 1 night , coming to this hotel was elegant and heavenly.

Went there with my spouse for five days.

Location:
The hotel is located near 4 metro stations. We even managed to walk to arc de triomphe, and it didn't take us more then 30 minutes. To get to the big sights you probably have to take the metro, except Montmartre which is quite close to the hotel. The street the hotel is in is very quiet. There are restaurants around the hotel, two bakeries and a tabac store.

Condition of room:
Our room had a bed, chair, tv, A/C, balcony, closet, safe, desk, sofa and the WC was separate from the bathroom. Also, there was a safe in the room to put your valuables in. The staff cleans the rooms every day and changes towels on a daily basis, and the rooms are very clean. Good job to the cleaners. The room size was more then adequate. The only downside to our room was the A/C. The temperature in Paris was 33 when we we're there and the A/C was not enough to keep the room cold, so we opened the windows instead.

Service:
The hotel offers breakfast at 15 euros per day. We skipped that and bought breakfast at the local bakery at the corner of the street. Both of the bakeries make excellent food and we (two persons) ate a full breakfast for around 7-8 euros per day. The hotels doors close at 00.30, but there are no problem if you get to the hotel later by buzzing a bell. The hotel key is a heavy thing and the hotel asked if it was okay if we left it when we went out, which was no problem, because who wants to carry a large, heavy key around Paris? Also, the WiFi was free and adequately fast.

Staff:
The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful, all of them. I think we counted 6-7 different receptionists and 2-3 cleaning staff in our 5 days there. Especially the African-looking lady in the reception was very happy and helpful. Also, the cleaning staff were nice and always offered a smile and a 'bon jour' when we greeted them.

Would we use this hotel again?
If I travelled during a really hot season I'd maybe go for another hotel with cooler rooms or if I had trouble walking or taking the metro I'd go for another hotel in a more central arrondissement. Other then that, I'd like to go back here again when I travel to Paris again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony and a good A/C.

The room size is good for NZ$150/night for 2 people. It is not far from Arc de Triomphe. It is not far from 2 metro stations but these station a minor stations meaning you need several changes to get to main tourist attractions but if you have the multi-day pass then it doesn't matter how many times you took the train. To get to the airport you need to get to Gare du Nord which is 5 stations away with the need of one interchange.
There are many restaurant around the hotel and the price is reasonable with some offering 26 euros for 3 course dinner.
The only problem I have with our room is that there is no hanger to hang your cloths even in the bathroom. There is no way to make hot water for tea, so we have have to use the hot water from the tap. We were at the ground floor and if you don't mid wakin gup at 6.30 with the noise then you are o.k. otherwise avoid the ground floor.

We are a young married couple and this was our first stop ons our Europe tour 2014. I bookes this hotel on the internet, not knowing what to expect! What a lovely surprise!

We arrived a little before check-in time and they had no problem checking us in. They were very friendly and helpful showing us all the nearby metros on the map and were we are on the map.

This hotel is not in the busy part of town, but the location is great and it is near 3 metro stations. It is also walking distance from the Sacre Cœur and about 3km from the Louvre. The hotel is very clean and it seem as though it has been renovated recently.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend it for a high quality budget hotel. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Paris!
