Worstest experience ever, tiny room, so tiny that if you have a suitcase, you can't walk in the room, toilet so small that you have to put your legs in the bath to be able to use the toilet. dirty, bad, staff was horrible, when we wanted to pay, they didn't have the change and it became somehow our fault, attitude galore, the change we had was short of 20 cent, they refused to accept it and made us walk from a store to store to avail the change for the room!

Dear Guest.
First of all, we want to apologize for the inconvenience encountered. We usually do our best to take care of our guests and the bad experience you had is an exception. Our hotel offers quite small rooms but we do our very best to give clean rooms to our guests and to be friendly for them to have a pleasant stay in Paris.
Kind regards.

The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The rooms are incredibly small and the bathrooms so small that it is almost impossible to get out of the shower without touching the WC pan. Every guest we spoke to about the rooms commented on their small size.

The hotel web site is very misleading and the hotel is no way three. I would be hard pressed to give it one star.

The staff were friendly with varying levels of English.

We were booked in for five nights but cancelled after our first night and went to another hotel as we could not contemplate a further night's stay.

Room Tip: Don't stay, go to another hotel.

Dear Guest.
We thank you for this comment and we confirm that we have a 3-star rating. We have a certificate delivered by an official organisation. We agree to tell that our rooms are quite small. It is often the case in most hotels of this district. To compensate, we give clean rooms, good and varied breakfasts and our reception staff take care of our guests to make sure they enjoy their stay in our hotel and in Paris. We are sorry for not satisfying you and we hope you have spent a pleasant stay in your other hotel. Kind regards.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend (actually only spent a few hours at night) the best thing I can say about it is a great location. Very close to the attractions. Rooms very small but clean .. to be honest we did not need anything more, because we needed only a place to sleep. Do not recommend it to people traveling with children, because it is too small and does not have anything that could keep children for a while. Excelent service, internet connection .. I do not recommend the breakfast that is offered at the hotel .. for the same price you can eat a good breakfast in the city. In general we are very happy, because we were not going to spend time in the hotel, and only see and enjoy as much as possible of the city.
For those who are traveling to Paris for the same reason the hotel is perfect.
ps there is no parking at the hotel, you can park on the street, which is quite impossible or at a local car park which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel (£ 27 per day).

We stayed here recently and we were very unimpressed with this excuse for a hotel. Staff were reasonably pleasant to be fair, but the photos online give a false impression of the hotel and room size. The rooms are tiny, with no temperature control. We slept near the lift and could hear voices in the adjacent rooms and kept us awake most nights. This was mentioned to the night receptionist and nothing was done to stem the noise. The doors were not fitted properly and we could feel drafts. The sound on the TV was very quiet on certain channels and the volume could not be adjusted beyond a maximum. There was no cupboard space and very limited hangers. Our door card needed to be reactivated as it was kept in the same pocket as my mobile phone!
The bathroom was tiny, and the 1ply toilet paper was almost of 'Third-World' proportion. The shower head was leaking through wear and tear and water was squirting at right angles on to the floor. The lift (which was in full working order) could just fit 2 people (if breathing in!).Fortunately we did not eat breakfast.

Room Tip: Did not use restaurant or fitness centre.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in March 2013. Location was good and close to the metro. Easy to find and a cheap $6-$8 cab ride to most places. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Grocery store is right up the street, Hotel staff was very helpfull and nice. Free internet service worked great. Rooms where small but normal for Euro standards and heat works so we didnt mind. The bed was pretty decent and not rock hard like most places! Overall a clean place and worth the $$ . Would stay again if i went back to paris
