The place is beautifull in one of the best part of Paris, the team is very friendly
The breakfirst is an open buffet with a lot of choice, the room are big and quiet !

We stayed here as part of a tour group in May. It was a great location, right near Sacre Coeur, with lots of wonderful little restaurants, and convenient shops. Super close to the Metro, so easy to get anywhere in Paris from here. We liked it so much that we're returning to Paris in February, and we've booked this hotel again! Very reasonable prices for modern, well kept rooms.

We had a delightful 3-day stay in Paris at the beginning of our European trip. The service was friendly and inviting and the hotel was conveniently located to both the train and bus station. There were many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Our room was well designed with a very comfortable bed. Our stay included a delicious breakfast buffet each morning with an array breads, fruits, meats, eggs, and amazing crepes. I highly recommend the Mercure for your visit to Paris.

My wife and I stayed here for a week 7 years ago, booked here again for 5 days this trip. The hotel continues to impress in every way! They have fully renovated since our last visit and the hotel is very clean, modern and well maintained.
Rooms are great, spacious, seperate toilet area from bathroom which is a plus and great ammenities such as coffe/tea, safe, sitting area with table, mini fridge. We found the room and hotel extremely quiet the entire stay. Wifi worked perfectly throughout.
Our booking included breakfast and the breakfast area is large, never crowded and well managed by staff. Selections are large, food quality is great and unlike other hotels we've used in Paris, the atmosphere here is casual and you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast here !! Well worth booking breakfast here with your room. !
Got to make mention of the staff here. Service is obviously their focus, always upbeat, engaging and helpful. Speaks volumes of good management and happy staff!
The area this hotel is situated in is outstanding. Metro access a half block away, Moulin Rouge only three blocks. Very close to Nord and Est train stations. There are lots of great eateries and pubs close by, area is extremely easy to navigate on foot, very safe and comfortable. No need to think you need to pay more and be close to places like the Louvre, Eiffel Tower. 10 minutes on Metro solves that and avoids crowded hotels. Hotel is close to Sacre Couer Basilica which is fantastic site and area in Montmartre.
Highly recommend this outstanding hotel and will return for our next stay !!

Good size room with aircondition. Good location and breakfast. However one morning, my wife´s bag was stolen during her breakfast when she went to get her a cup of coffee. The whole thing was caught on the security camera. The staff members seemed like they really tried to help, but the manager was totally indifferent. He just told us to go to a mile away police station to fill out the report. However, when we got there the police officer told us they don´t speak english and tried to send us to another station far away. We think MERCURE could do better than this. Any way all our photos are gone.

We can assure you that the intention of our staff was to help you finding your belongings and then assist you in the official complaint process. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity that day to release an employee to accompany you to the police station and we are very sorry for the inconveniences.
Although we truly understand your frustration but an official claim has to be done at a police station in order to proceed with the reimbursement through the insurance.
