Ibis Paris Montmartre 18eme

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights for her birthday. It is nothing spectacular but does the job well. The plus points are its very clean and modern, the bed is very comfy and spacious. The location is great as its right next to the metro and around 10-15 minutes away from everything. The breakfast was nice and plenty of it and the staff on the whole were friendly and welcoming and there is free internet in the reception.
Downsides of the stay were out room had the view overlooking a cemetery so not very romantic, the woman in the bar couldn't understand our drink order, which although we were in France, I think Rose is very similar in English and French so would of expected her to understand. On our first evening in the hotel although the room was spotless a member of the cleaning staff let themselves in only 1 second after knocking, but why they needed to come in the first place is anyone's guess, and the towels and room were not cleaned/changed at any point during the stay. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again but there are a few things that could be looked into to make it so much better.

Great location, near the metro station. Good food nearby. Room and bathroom was a bit small but clean. Price is very affordable. The staff was friendly. We did not try the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. It's ideally located for the metro and you can then make your way around the city with ease. The rooms are on the small side but that is to be expected in Paris city centre. I've found it to be a similar thing in other hotels in Paris.
Clean rooms at a decent price...it is basically all you need for a couple of days break away in the beautiful city of Paris.

This hotel was the correct location for our weekend in Paris.
The service at the Redevouz bar was very good. Reception was efficient.
Breakfast was reasonably priced. Double room was adequate.
Price was fair reflection.

Vibrant location. Lots of restaurants around. Walking distance (5 min) from moulin rouge, 5 min from metro station. Small rooms, but that's the case with all European hotels. Good rooms. There was no power socket next to the mirror, much to my partner's displeasure :). Anyways will definitely recommend it.
