“Top class & great value”
Reviewed 19 February 2014

Our family of four, us and our two girls (6years and 5 months), stayed at Hotel Galileo for three nights. The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable.

What really made our stay at the hotel great was how lovely and helpful the staffmembers are. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and were so helpful to our little family.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, also those who are travelling with a family.

Absolutely great value and highest 3 star standard ever seen in Paris.

Location was excellent. Just a block form the Champs Elysees and 2 blocks from the Arc de Triumph. Metro was just our side of the Arc de Triumph on the other side of the Champs Elysees. Hotel is small but very comfortable. much shopping nearby. We walked to the Louvre and to the Eiffel Tower easily. The other places in Paris we visited were easily reached via the Metro. The Hotel has a continental breakfast provided if you choose. Room size was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Toilet and bathing facilities quite nice. Concierge Christopher Dubrulle was extremely helpful and friendly and had excellent language skills. Hotel has been recently renovated.

Room Tip: our party of friends had no complaints about their rooms.

From booking right through to check out and after service herr is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and sparkling clean. Breakfast is also very reasonable and for a continental range was wonderful. We ordered Champagne and a special message was beautifully written to go with it. The staff go above and beyond to help and are so friendly. Compared to the cost of other hotels in this area it is very reasonably priced and the location is fabulous. 2 minute walk from the Arc De Triomphe and 2 mins from George V metro which has connections to all the major tourist places.

On the metro we were 10 mins from the Trocodero which has themost stunning and perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. In a taxi from there to hotel is about €6 which is nothing after a beautiful meal.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We will not stay anywhere else in Paris after this and will definitely rebook.

Three of us stayed in hotel Galileo for 3 nights, the hotel concierge Christopher was so helpful he gave us a great room which was so modern and spacious. He could not do enough for us which was great. The bathroom was very modern, clean and had a hairdryer which was great. The location of this hotel was fantastic literally only a few seconds walk to the Champs-Elysees where you will find great shops and even better little cafes where you can get delicious pastrys. The Champs-Elysees has everything you would need to get around Paris, Metro and tour bus which will bring you to all the major tourist attractions. Overall we had a fabulous stay at Hotel Galileo, could not fault it and would definitly stay again.
