Our stay got off to a great start with exceptional service from the front desk staff. We arrived early and even though we had a bit of a wait, they took our luggage and made us very comfortable and welcomed. Room on 4th floor fronting Bd de Capucines was pleasantly large and quiet. Distant view of Eiffel Tower was a nice touch. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast had good selection, can be a bit crowded and hectic so arrive early if you can. Overall, very nice 5 star property in great location. Opera metro station is a short walk from hotel. Also, Gare St. Lazaire is walking distance which was nice to catch an early morning train to Normandy.
