This is indeed THE hotel to stay when in Paris, especially if travelling by train or arriving in Paris by Charles de Gaulle. This fine, warm, cozy hotel, located at Avenue René Coty, is right across the street at the exit of RER B Denfert Rochereau-direct from the airport.
After renovation and remodelled, a couple of years ago, this hotel has everything and more you could expect, unless if you're looking after those stupid super extra luxurious places without a soul.
This place has a soul. A generous, efficient and warm one.
Staff is especially attentive, helpful and efficient. They speak English- a very good one, as I could listen when attending other customers and they are very, very interested in your welfare.
If you need something, anything, ask Sabina. She's the sweetest person we've ever met in Paris. There's no impossible for her.
I needed to receive a packet from France in France, and my deadline was lost. I had no other choice than ask her to receive the package for me, which she had gladly accepted.
No matter if you're a frequent customer or if it's your first visit. You'll be always welcome, always feel at home.
The rooms are impecably clean and the bedsheets, pllows, mattresses and towels are brand new and smells so good you feel at home.
Nice, spacious, fully decorated rooms, many of them with a nice view are mroutine, and the superior rooms have a private spa which will make your bath an everlasting pleasure.
Plus: rooms are VERY well illuminated, with everything you need-a minibar, an electric kettle with complimentary coffe and tea and lots of glasses for a drink.
A big LCD display with a HUGE menu are at your disposal, with free wifi, which is very, very nice, unlike some places with the cheap routine of overcharging wifi access.
Breakfast is very tasty, generous and freshat a cost of € 10.
After our check-out, we've bought some marron glacés, which needed refrigeration, and our dear Sabina, once more offered a place in the hotel fridge until our departure.
We don't even know why this hotel is rated as a 3 star, especially after staying in some joints self-procclaimed 4 or even 5 stars!
We don't want or need to know any other hotel in Paris.
This is our home every once or twice a year when we're there.
Go! You won't regret!

Room Tip: Spend a little bit more and choose a Deluxe Double Room with Spa Bath. It worths every dime!

Stayed 3 nights in quad room (2 double beds). Room was great. Bathroom was spacious, clean. Room window overlooked street (Metro station). Hotel is located in Montparnasse which is a lovely neighborhood with local shops and cafes. Metro station right across the street from hotel gives easy access into the heart of Paris. One evening, we walked from Notre Dame / St. Germain / Latin Quarter back to the hotel and it was an easy walk (approx 30-45 minutes). I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Newly renovated; room size - for 2 adults & 2 kids - just big enough, but with the things we value: spotless, everything working as it should in bathroom, quiet, comfy beds, courteous reception staff, parking space ready in garage as booked: well done!

I have chosen this hotel because it seems nice and also comments from previous guests were OK. I suppose I just had bad luck because I got that certain room. There were three things which really bothered me a lot:
First, room was situated in the 6th floor with view on the garage place on the top of the neighbouring building, so no normal view and very loud when cars were driving there. Also you had feeling that someone can watch you at every moment.
Second, room was situated on the opposite side where lift was (one meter away). So all the time you could hear how lift doors are opening, closing, how people talking in the front of the elevator whilst waiting for it.
Third, the worst was, that when someone in the neighbouring room opened water this caused sound, which was very loud already during day, so ofcourse much more during night (especially if someone took showe at midnight). Such trembling sound is usually connected with bad pipe instalation. When we third night complain at 00:30 that we can not bear such sound anymore we did not get any apologise or any other suplement, such as maybe free breakfast or change of the room.
The last thing maybe worth to mention is that room included jacuzzi, but it could not be used as water could not be closed in the bath. So Paris one more time, definetely YES, this hotel NO.

Room Tip: Above, so room in 6th floor not quiet - impossible to sleep.
