“1st time in Paris”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

Hotel was a great location, close to 2 train stations champs de mars tour eiffel and bir-hakeim, landmarks of the eiffel tower, seine river and the room windows positioned infront of the eiffel tower itself. The rooms were excellent, big plushy bed, nice bathroom all in all, somply clean. Shops, cafes, pharmacy and even a post office are 5-10min walk away. Pleasent and helpful front desk staff.

Will strongly consider to use again shall we return to Paris.

This is a very comfortable hotel in an ideal location. It's in a relatively quiet area close to the Eiffel Tower within easy walking distance to Metro and RER stations ( line C which you need to travel to Versailles R G.) It's also very convenient for taking a river cruise. The rooms are very adequate, clean and well serviced - we requested a quiet room and this was provided. You can pay more for a higher room with a view of the Eiffel Tower - but you can go outside to see this!!!. The cooked breakfast items were limited to scrambled egg, bacon and sausages, ignoring the cold boiled eggs, but there was a wide variety of other provisions in abundance,
All the staff were most helpful.
There are a number of good restaurants to suit various tastes within walking distance of this hotel.

This hotel is situated near all major undergrounds, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the reception staff were very helpful, as we had a late flight out of Paris. There is so much shopping nearby, lovely cafes.

hotel staff at night time is useless and not helpful
they kept hanging up and not talking properly and not willing to help customers when they even came down to the front desk

in the tiny " gym" here the treadmill does not work
they even called a "technician" who just started pushing the tread track and like a fool said.. no problem.. dude the treadmill still did not turn on.
the machine is missing a plug.. fix it
the other weight room machines are broken down
the phone in the weight room does not work, so if you have a health issue god help you

the hotel is understaffed at night
useless place
would not recommend ever

Just returned from a 2 night stay, had a great time! This hotel is immaculately clean, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms have all you need - very impressed with the shower I WANT ONE!! Location is brilliant just perfect for getting around sight seeing. Breakfast was also impressive with plenty of choice to start off your busy day.

My only complaint would be we were on the 8th and the windows open wide to a sheer droop and do not lock so not ideal if you have little ones or you sleep walk!! However would defiantly stay here again!

Room Tip: Personally I would have asked for a room on the lower floors!

We loved staying here. It was only a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The view was amazing. The hotel location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the metro train station and the batobus ferry on the Seine river. This was a great way to see the highlights of this wonderful city. It worked the same as the hop on, hop off bus but on the water. There was plenty of restaurants close by . There was a couple of supermarkets near the train station which was an easy walk. The room was really nice. It had a 2 seater lounge which was great after travelling for a few weeks and having small rooms. The tv was a good size and also had a fridge. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. The room was clean and the elevator worked efficiently with pressing your floor number and it would allocate which one of the three lifts you should take. You hardly had to wait. What a good system. The staff were lovely and always helpful. We caught the train to Moulin rouge which a staff member helped us with. He told us what train to catch and were to get off which made it so easy for English only speaking people. They were so obliging. We didn't eat at the hotel at all so I cannot comment on the restaurant. There is a lot of places to eat all around the area. What I enjoyed most about staying here was to walk out the front door of the hotel at night to look at the Eiffel Tower lit up with an uninterrupted view. I would certainly stay here again.

The good thing about the Accor chains is that you always know you'll get that level of quality wherever you go. The Mercure Centre Tour Eiffel is located, as the name says, one block away from the tower. It's great to walk out of the hotel to the foot of the tower and be at the banks of the Seine. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, though expensive, is the best I've had at a hotel.
