This hotel is nothing grand and like many of the posts, I echo the "you get what you pay for" feedback. The pros: Very clean, Eiffel tower, Seine River within walking distance, 5 minute by foot to 2 close by metro stations. 2 reasons why this hotel received a 3 star as opposed to a 2 star is its location and our room had a view with the Eiffel tower in the background (PRICELESS). It is just simply breathtaking when looking at the tower at night.

Cons: business center DOES NOT WORK. The staff provides you with a code, but IT DOES NOT WORK. Can you really call it a business center? It looks like a enclosed cube with 2 very very very slow computers (1 of which just displays a sign-on screen). There is no printer, so if you would like to print a boarding pass or check email or nearby attractions, forget about it. Your best option is to purchase an international roaming package on your mobile phone and utilize your own internet searches.

We arrived early but were told our room wold not be ready until 3PM. We fully complied and decided to venture around the neighborhood and returned slightly passed 3PM. The front desk staff has changed, all the paperwork we've completed were misplaced and we had to complete another sheet. Our room was not ready (after 3PM) and we were told it would be another 20 minutes. We waited, and STILL the room was not ready. We decided to give it another 30 minutes, grabbed a bite, returned to the hotel, our room was still not ready. This time as I was pressing for an answer, the staff finally advised me that there is a technical problem and they don't know how long it will take to "fix" the problem. We had been traveling and had not slept going on 35hours (you can imagine how exhausted we were). Nonetheless, rather than finding an alternate room that WAS READY, the rep kept telling me "I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, but you have a very nice room" and insisted we take that room (the very very very nice room, that had a technical issue that no one seems to know how long it will take to fix the problem. THIS WAS SUCH A DISGRACE.

Furthermore, the lobby had a bunch of their staff (off shift) congregating, meeting up with buddies, talking extremely loud, occupying more than half of the seats. Those who did sit in the waiting area were so annoyed by the level of noise that they just left. They could not hear each other speak. In our opinion, we think management could have advised their staff and friends to take their over the top conversations elsewhere. Especially if you have customers who would like to sit in the lounge and have a conversation.

Sad to say, we will definitely not return to this particular apartment style hotel, and not sure if we will use this chain when we return to Europe. This establishment was a total disappointment.

Arrived in Paris 10:00 am after 24 hours air travel, wife very sick, kids very tired. I really hoped Adagio had our room ready early...and they did! We checked in by 11:00 and staff were very helpful...until I wanted to get the roll out bed ready for the kids...no bed linen/duvet!

Went down to the desk who informed me the bed clothes were in the closet. Went back to the room, no linen in the closet. Took a photo on my phone to show concierge and re-attended the front desk. They still didn't believe me but sent Housekeeping to investigate. When housekeeping arrived, did he have fresh linen? No, he wanted to look in the closet as well. Guess what, like I told the front desk, No Linen! Eventually fresh linen was sourced for us.

Next day, my wife was feeling better and asked the front desk for an extra pillow. She was told that there are no extra pillows available.

PRO'S They let us check in very early, clean rooms, close to Eiffel tower, supermarket and shops

CON'S Not very helpful staff, some plates/kitchen utensils missing

For the price it was reasonable.

Near metro station Charles Michels (5 min. by foot). Tour Eiffel is app. 1000 meters from the aparthotel. Supermarket can be found near at hand. We felt well. I can suggest this aparthotel who would like to have good budget for great value.

Dear Customer,
The entire Adagio staff team would like to join me in thanking you for your complimentary remarks on our aparthotel.
In fact most Adagio aparthotels are located in city centres or close to centres of interest.
We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again at one of our Adagio aparthotels in Europe.
Looking forward to seeing you,
Antoine Pressiat

We spend 4 days over there, close to two metro stations, in a nice district of Paris. In a walking distance to many things. Clean, independent and spacious. There was a double bed room plus a couch for the second couple. A fully equipped cuisine and a spacious living room looking to the tour Eiffel and the river. The only negative was that our view was partly blocked by a chimney of the nearby underground garage. Enjoy!
