One of the best places I stayed in. Really stylish, spacious and clean apartments with an amazing view at Eiffel Tower. Well equipped kitchen was a big advantage, as we celebrated the birthday and wedding anniversary there (with family). Very close to the shops and important attractions.
It wasn't the cheapest one in Paris, but definitely worth the price. I would stay there again without any hesitation.
We traveled in March 2011.

This aparthotel is an excellent choice if you want to have a kitchen during your stay. We stayed for over a week so we couldnt eat out everyday, so it was perfect to have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and stove. Marks & Spencer is right around the corner in the shopping center, we bought food from there and heated it in the microwave. I truly recomend you to do it if you dont wanna spend too much money on food!
The apartment was in good condition, it looked nice and everything was working as it should. We had a one bedroom apartment for 4 people and it was big enough.
The location couldnt be better for the money spent! It took 15 minutes to walk to the Eiffel tower. The closest metro station was 5-10 minutes away. There was a good shopping center right around the corner, Beaugrenelle, with Zara, Mango, H&M, Sephora, Nike, Geox, Minelli, Promod, Hollister, and as I've already mentioned, Marks&Spencer, both their food store and clothing store for women, men and children. Theres also a big supermarket, Monoprix, around the corner.
The hotel was pretty hard to find when we arrived, because the entrance is in a parking garage. If we would've known that, it would've been easier to find. We could see the hotel, cause its very high, but couldn't find the entrance. Eventually, after asking some people, we found it.
The only thing I can complain about is that we only got our room cleaned one time. If you stay for one week or more you only get 1 cleaing per week. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it would've been nice to get our towels changed more often.
Over all I am very happy with the hotel and would definitely return!

Dear Customer,
The entire Adagio staff team would like to join me in thanking you for your comment.
We were delighted to read that you appreciated the aparthotel concept. In fact, being in the city centers and having the kitchen is one of the key benefits of Adagio Aparthotel establishments.
Regarding the cleaning, if you stay at our aparthotel for more than 3 nights, housekeeping duties are carried out once a week. This arrangement enables us to offer more competitive prices.
A chargeable à la carte housekeeping service is available, and reception is at your disposal to arrange this.
We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon at the Adagio Paris Tour Eiffel.
Kind regards,
Antoine Pressiat

We travel to Paris yearly and are used to hotels in this city. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were given one on the 31st floor. This cost us more than others so expectations were high. The positives were the space, the kitchen and the view- we had a stunning view in room 3102. The staff were friendly and helpful at the desk. Now for the disappointments- the building reeked of cigarette smoke. We all left after 3 nights with roaring sore throats. Some days, it was unbelievably thick and you cannot open a window to air it. The heating/air cond in the room was unbelievably hot even at full blast cold in every room. The fridge did not shut properly. The cushion covers were broken on one chair and no attempt to disguise this was made. No spatula in the kitchen but 2 whisks??? The ' daily' cleaning never happened- but to be fair, we had been out all day on one of the days and arrived back at 4.30 and the housekeeper turned up to clean and we turned her away since it was our last night there and we were exhausted. The laundry room had a broken washing machine door on one and only 1x dryer actually heated up to dry clothes. The business centre only has 1x computer which we could not connect on even asking the staff for the passwords etc. there is no wifi- only cable Internet but they will provide a cable upon request if you have devices that fit this. Overall, this place is not a 4 star and I would Strongly hesitate before staying again. It is run down with cheap furnishings. Just changing the lampshades and the bold colors of the couch backboard would dramatically improve this place.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your comments.
We were extremely sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the quality of our establishment, and in particular with the quality of our apartments. Please accept our sincere apologies.
We would like to assure you that the necessary measures have been taken with our technical manager and our housekeeper in order to improve the quality of the service we provide.
Indeed, windows cannot be opened for security reasons. Regarding wifi, we will have it in all our apartments for summer 2014.
We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again at the Adagio Paris Tour Eiffel.

Best regards,
Antoine Pressiat
