We just loved this boutique Hotel, Friendly service, quiet street, close to everything, super nice employees, great breakfast, conveniently located and great for the amount one spend for the Parisian Holiday. I was impressed, I cant wait to return to stay again

Room Tip: The building is on a side street so all oms are quite

Chose this based off a former co-worker review. This place was in a good location, and the staff were so friendly. (I left my phone there and did not realize it until we left. They have mailed it back to me!) Upon entering or leaving, whomever was working at the desk was friendly and glad to see us. The room was a little small, and coffee service inside would have been an added plus. But I LOVED the windows, being able to open them up and let the cool Paris air in, was amazing. A short walk brought us to the Eiffel Tower and the river. The park nearby was great for just sitting in the sun and watching the world go by. Many eateries/bars/patisseries near by. A safe neighborhood to walk in night or day, and we loved sitting at outdoor cafes for a glass of wine. (Firmin is a great place just a short walk away.) I will definitely stay there again, I miss our walks along the Siene. Stay here if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower, the staff will take great care of you.

The Ares Eiffel was an excellent choice for our Paris girls trip. Every member of the staff was nice, accommodating and very patient. The room was extremely comfortable and the location was superb. Close to the metro and minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Neighborhood was quiet enough to sleep in late and we felt safe walking the area at night. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again, next time. C'est ce bon!

The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The lady on reception when we arrived was happy to help and more than happy to talk English to us, when our sadly minimal French failed us. She was happy to recommend restaurants when we asked, evening booking one for us as she knew it would be busy. The room was clean and roomy, with a large comfortably queen bed. Always plenty of hot water for showers and baths, just what you need after spending all day wandering around this fantastic city. Hotel is in a great location, so so close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. Clean and comfortable accommodation could not be faulted but the staff made the stay for us. We would look to stay here again.

The overriding review of the hotel is the quality of service. We found the French can sometimes be a little rude but all contacts with staff at this hotel were a very positive experience. The staff on reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The rooms were small which is not uncommon in France but scrupulously clean. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and small walk to the wonderful subway system. Plenty of restaurants close by.
