“Good Stay”
Reviewed 3 June 2012

I really liked our stay here for 6 nights. Of the several Parisian restaurants we have stayed, this is my favorite. The location is perfect, close to metro, and rue cler. There are a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The best part is when you got out metro at night and saw Eiffel tower glowing in the night sky. That was so impressive.

Room is small for American standard, but extremely well designed and very functional. We found storage place for everything, unlike the London hotel we stayed before. There is a curtain separating bed and sitting area, giving some privacy. I love the little balcony we have where we can look for the apartments surrounding us, imaging the lives of those Parisiens. I had hoped to have breakfast there, but did not.

The only reason the hotel did not get 5-star rating is that the wall is not sound-proof well. During the later part of stay, we have guests in the same floor chatting loudly in the hallway, in-and-out the room with door closing. We can hear everything as we try to get some sleep. Some guests even leave their dogs in the room alone. The poor dog kept on barking for over an hour. We had to leave the room for a stroll in the middle of the night, because it is very noisy. But it is more on the part of hotel inconsiderate hotel guests, rather than the hotel and its staffs.

The hotel staffs also hyped their roof-top garden. I had hoped to see Eiffel tower up there. But I was a little disappointed. But that is just my expectations.

Overall, this is really a nice place to stay in Paris.

Unable to find a single fault with this beautiful boutique hotel. I deliberated for weeks on where my husband and I should spend our five days in Paris, and am so glad we opted for 7 Eiffel. The room was beautiful—great design and perfect size. Very comfortable bed. Staff fabulous; spoke English well and were very helpful with directions, reservations, etc. Hotel is on a quiet side street, but just around the corner from a busy rue lined with boutiques, cafes, and a grocery. Location was PERFECT--we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

My husband and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel. The location is superb - near to many restaurants, the Eiffel Tower, markets, and a Metro stop. We chose an "open space" room which was more expensive but provided the comforts of home - i.e., a king-sized bed which was incredibly comfortable. The room was good sized for Paris standards. The bedding was very comfortable - we slept like babies! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge was a fun place to have a cocktail in a quiet location.

Room Tip: Choose an open space room for a larger space

My husband and I have just returned from 3 nights as this hotel.. & have no complaints whatsoever. The room was immaculate, and certainly not the smallest I've ever stayed in! Staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Thank you very much for making our stay very memorable.

Excellent hotel designs, space used, service and very very clean. However, the sheer curtain that separates the shower and the bedroom can be quite inappropriate if you are traveling as a family. I stayed there for 4 nights with my mum, so it's not so much of an issue. But if my dad was with us the whole experience would probably be very negative because of the sheer curtain as the bathroom door. The toilet is a separated toilet, so it's not an issue. Very closed to the Eiffel tower, and many bakeries nearby, and Metro is easy. We didn't have any breakfast from the hotel. Do learn a few simple french, it'll be handy, words like the numbers, yes or no, greetings and .... just point. Hotel staff speak English very well. Good size for 2. We stayed in the city double. The shower is small though, if you are a big guy. Although the hotel is very close to Eiffel tower, there's no view from the room.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, 2 rooms on the 5th floor. Things I loved: the front desk service was absolutely wonderful, the location is fantastic, the beds were comfortable, the patio was very enjoyable. Things I didn't like: the shower had a rain shower but only a shower curtain and water got everywhere, and also leaked into our carpet. Our room smelled like smoke, but everywhere in Paris smells like smoke, so not sure that is saying much. One day one of the hotel workers just let herself into our room while we were in there without even knocking to restock the mini bar. I thought that was a bit inappropriate. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is a major rip off. It was 15 Euro for a croissant, small baguette, coffee and a cup of orange juice. Other than that, it was a really great trip!

Room Tip: We requested the top floor because of the patio, but it did smell like smoke from people smoking on...
