Second time we have stayed at this exquisite hotel. For a short stay in the centre of Paris it is perfect and well worth splashing out a bit.
It's main attraction for us is the superb service from a team of highly trained and very personal staff from arrival to leaving. Rooms are comfortable and quiet with good facilities.
Location excellent for Rue St Honore and Les Grands
Magasins.

We arrived to a warm welcome on a busy Friday afternoon. We were unhappy with the room we were given and the Duty Manager took the time to come up to our room and discuss the options with us. We decided to move to a room facing the front of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very accommodating with all our requests. We had a number of restaurant bookings that were made for us and all our arrangements went off without a hitch.

We had a junior suite which for Paris standards was quite spacious. Beautifully furnished and all the mod cons! It really is a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the Rue St Honore shopping district and walking distance to all the sights. Some great little restaurants close by too.

We only had one hiccup with a staff member in the restaurant for breakfast and when we complained they dealt with it immediately and were extremely apologetic.

Would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to anyone who prefers small boutique service orientated hotels over the big flashy hotels that lack that personalised service.

Room Tip: Junior suites are a great choice

The hotel Le Burgundy is a delight. A luxury boutique hotel that is small but perfectly marked. The position is perfect and puts every attraction in Paris within easy walking distance. The staff are all eager to help and nothing was a problem. We had a junior suite which was not that spacious however it was nicely furnished, quiet, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The restaurant Le Baudelaire is superb, delicious food well worthy of its Michelin star. We would not hesitate in recommending Le Burgundy and we can't wait to return.

Room Tip: Book the best room you can afford.

Pure Luxury is for me, to choose a small secret luxury place where you feel to be the most important person in the world. Isn't it a wonderful feeling. We had this at the Burgundy Hotel. It is now the third time I stayed at this hotel. Twice for Business and this time with my husband for a romantic weekend. I really felt this time I had to share our so just all around superb experience in this hotel. First of all, the location is just right the place to be. You just walk out and you have everything. We arrived with the car in front of the hotel and directly they took care of our car, we had not to worry to find a parking. Very important in Paris and to start a good weekend ! The staff is sooooo friendly and warmhearted. Not superficial or artificial, how you often meet in this kind of luxury property. Service was just perfect! My husband was very impressed by the room and by the quality of the bedding and how calm the room was. Best soundproofing. In the room there are so many details, which make it really a unique luxury experience as you would expect it from the famous palaces in Paris. I love the cozy bar to have a last drink. The pastries we had on Sunday were just a dream. You should definitely taste one. I will certainly come back the next I'm in town. Once you know the Burgundy, you do not want to change anymore. Try it and you tell me! An addicted Burgundy Guest !

Room Tip: The 3 times I came , I had always different rooms and I liked them all!

Burgundy Hotel was recommended by our travel agent and to be fair, it was ok, the staff were all charming and helpful, the concierge in particular was super helpful. The decor was modern and clean. We found the room snug (read small!) but the bed was comfy. The position of the Burgundy was perfect.
Breakfast was interesting, in that the service was haphazard at best, there didn't seem to be any one person in charge, so we could be waiting for 10 minutes for several staff to lay a table for two. It did make us smile, when we ordered a side order of mushrooms with our poached eggs and I kid you not, what came was 1 small button mushroom thinly sliced, you certainly won't feel stuffed after breakfast there.
The air con was the quietest we have encountered.
The concierge did organise a private tour 'la Belle Epoque', with Joseph, who was brilliant, really,
he was full of entertaining facts and anecdotes about Paris and its characters, his enthusiasm for the City was catching and we felt that the three hours we had walking (at quite a pace!) was truly worth while.

Room Tip: We had a deluxe double/twin room and it was tight on space and the bathroom was small. If you like...

Picked this on location and Tripadvisor recommendation. We could not have been more impressed. The junior suite was a very good size, bed extremely comfy and surprisingly quiet from a traffic noise viewpoint. The bar, restaurant and pool get absolute top marks. We found every member of staff we dealt with extremely pleasant and helpful, and will definitely look to return.
