“Do not get robbed. Avoid to all cost”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

1) Only stay here if you pay less than $150 per night, you are in a good shape to climb 4 flight of stairs and you have a deep sleep. Otherwise you can do much better. I stayed for 3 nights and one of my friends got it for 30% the price I payed. They did not care about my complaint at all....
2) Holes in the ceiling, rooms that overflow with prolonged showers ( even when you obsessively close the shower door!) , 10 min waiting time for the minuscule elevator.... 5 min but you have to wait for 2 elevators in average since only 2 people can fit comfortably in one. Oh yeah... I almost forgot AC was not working.
3) Staff will tell you nothing can be solved with an smile.

Hotel is very good and recently modernised. Nice boutique style rooms but very small and front facing on to Avenue Wagram are noisy. Great location and perfect for travelling on the RER. Lots of things to do in the area. Breakfast is typical with mainly baked items etc but good coffee greatly made to order.

Huge speculative price game that educated clients DO NOT appreciate. You can pay up to 3 times more than other people booking the same type of room and same days. This hotel does not make a good cost benefit ratio of you have to pay anything more than $150 per night (this is the honest advise of a well seasoned traveller). Maybe at this price you can forget the hole in the bathroom ceiling, the quick showers ( to avoid flooding the room from the tiny bathroom), the sometimes very noisy room, tiny and hard to climb stairs or > 5 min wait for the elevator. Mr manager, I regret we never meet because I arrive on Friday PM and nothing can be done in your absence. This is a message from one of your clients: We do not appreciate this degree of price speculation!
The rates given is objectively based in comparison of equally priced hotels in Paris.

Good accommodation close to the main shopping areas. Close to the metro too. Good restaurants in the area. Rooms are small but well appointed. Good use of space. Large king bed makes the room difficult to manoeuvre especially with larger suitcases. Linens were clean and the bed was comfy. Rain head shower, well tiled shower stall and new appliances make this comfortable albeit tight. AC did not work so leaving the window open made for noisy nights as the room overlooked the main street below. Staff attentive and taxi for airport was ordered without any issue.

Rooms are nice, it is in a great location with many restaurants around and a metro close by. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to pop into and out of while touring Paris. I recommend it.

Room was small but very well equipped for our comfort. Well located hotel near Arc de Triomphe, metro station and Champs Elysees. Staff was very nice and helpful. We did not try the breakfast service, but we really enjoyed having an Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Hotel is expensive, but that is not new in Paris.
Room size is ridiculously small, to the extreme that is difficult to move around it. On the other hand, the room is well equipped and nicely refurbished.
On the positive side I have to say that all the staff (receptionist and breakfast/cleaning ladies) is pretty handy. The con is that breakfast/cleaning ladies just speak french. Not a problem for a spaniard, but may be an issue for non-romance language citicens.

Room Tip: Breakfast is pretty small and expensive. There is an Starbucks 1 min walking.
