Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are modern and a good size for Europe. They also had free bottled water.
Downside: outside of main tourist area so if you are short on time and want something central, this is not it. A taxi was about 10 euro from the centre. I didn't attempt to walk it. Bar downstairs the biggest rip off I have seen $7 euro for a latte!!?! I nearly had a heart attack. Needless to say we didn't eat at the hotel. There is a little village right opposite with plenty of choice. Overall a nice hotel but a bit far out and overpriced.

Hotel very large and caters for conferences as well as tourists. Room very comfortable, with nice view of river. Staff excellent, smooth check in,always available to assist .very modern decor, surroundings feature lots of areas to meet, chat or be alone. Bercy village very close and handy for cafe, restaurants, several shops and a grocery section down stairs of one shop- looks like a food/dress shop but small supermarket downstairs. Very close to Metro station and line 14 will get you straight into centre of Paris.

Hotel restaurant very expensive for all meals,so ate out!

Rooms of a high standard.

Stayed in April 2014, very happy. Arrived with a tour, stayed on extra 4 nights. Staff helpful and friendly, the room comfortable and modern. Away from central Paris but not too difficult to get there by ourselves.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a queen bed if that's what you want. This hotel was good like that, but we...

Very friendly and helpful front desk; good breakfast buffet; comfortable beds and clean rooms. Close walking distance to the metro so you can explore the rest of the city. Pretty safe area. Nice row of restaurants nearby. Overall, I'd recommend it to others, but I'm sure there are a bunch of other places equally suitable as well.

I stay at the Pullman regularly (on average once a month for a few days these past 4-5 years), and am usually very satisfied. Not this time. A homeless woman kept knocking on my door asking for money. I called the reception several times, but the woman kept coming back untill 1 Am. I dont understand how the hotel security could not handle the problem. The hotel cut the bill for that night by 50%, but I was given no explanation on how the problem had occured, and how it was solved.
I often ordered from room service, and they had a great ceasar salad, With tomatos, quail eggs, parmesan croutons etc... Great. The New recipe was a few leaves of roma salad, sliced chicken breast, anchovies, and a regular egg. I a sure many would like this salad, but compared to the one they used to make, it feels like a cheap replacement, made in a few minutes.
A minor issue was that although I am a repeat customer, and although I was staying there for a week, I was placed in an older room (the hotel is being refurbished).
Another minor issue is the pillows. They are very high, and uncomfortable to sleep on. There are no lower pillows in the room. The hotel might have some, but you would probably need to Call housekeeping for that.
Finally, I had an "Express checkout" whereby the hotel sends you the bill by email. I had to Call to get the bill (no email), and the bill they sent was blank.
Still waiting for the proper bill.
I really like this hotel, and I really hope they get their stuff in order. The staff is always friendly and helpful (apart from when it comes to removing homeless People from the hotel). I hope they og back to the original recipe for they salad (25 euros for a few leaves of salad, canned Fish and a Cold chicken breast seems excessive).
I will certainly try this hotel a couple more times before I try another one. I hope they manage to get their act together. All in all, a five star hotel, but this time, a 3 was generous.
