Well located in Bercy village and close to the line 14 subway that brings you to opera so quickly.
Beautiful lobby and rooms, wonderful bar ....
Maybe reception could be faster and especially for Accor card holders...

We found the staff very helpful and efficient. The reception staff were very helpful with confirming flights and cars. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices, is efficiently re stocked and the staff are very pleasant. Nassima should be congratulated on running one of the best breakfast offerings we had in 7 weeks in France. The rooms are well appointed and comparatively spacious. There is a shopping area a short walk away with a number of restaurants and a supermarket. The metro is close too. Enjoyed our stay in September and October.

I stay at this hotel 2-4 times per year, and have done so for a number of years now. Those are personal trips, so I have a choice as to where I book a room. This hotel is truly a pleasure to stay at.

The hotel itself is modern and well cared-for. Though a bit away from the center of Paris, the location itself is very nice, quiet, and safe. Nearby Bercy Village offers a range of shops and dining. A station for Métro line 14 is at the village, which makes getting into the city very quick and easy (a few minutes and you're at Chatelet, Pyramides, or Madeleine in the heart of Paris). The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and offers a range of hot and cold options, and the waitstaff is quick, friendly and efficient.

If you are able, I would recommend booking at least a Deluxe room, as those are on higher floors and provide nice views.

For me the biggest attraction of the Pullman is the staff. Many of them have worked there for years and take the time to get to know the guests. As someone who has become "a regular" of a sort, they recognize me immediately and know me by name. I find that to be a part of the charm of what could otherwise be an impersonal hotel experience. The people at the Pullman really make the "large hotel" experience feel like you're staying with friends or family. That's a testament to the type of folks they hire (and retain) there, and I place a high value on that type of traveling. The Pullman is a home away from home, a place where you're greeted warmly and sincerely each time you enter the lobby. They take the time to offer whatever assistance you might need, whether you are visiting Paris for the first time or have been there quite often and are looking for something different to do. They consistently offer excellent advice.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with a stellar staff. Highly recommended!

5-stars expectations were not met, unfortunately.
The room was paid as a high quality room but besides cleanness it did not match the standards. The bed was comfy and ensured us good night sleep. It was surprisingly slightly old fashion furniture, not inviting, the coffee area was not organised (different things on different places), mini bar had only one still and one sparkling water (bottle). The towel holder was not attached properly.
The security was even suspicious and followed us on such an unprofessional way that gave us a strange feeling. The breakfast was in overflow and was correctly filled when necessary. However I was surprised to hear the discussion and the decision of the staff on the floor next to our table.
After wonderful running in the park next to the Bercy Village and over the Seine we wanted to work out in the Fitness area and use the sauna. The fitness is rather small and not equipped well and the sauna although we have asked whether we have to start it up (learnt from previous experiences) they assured us that it would be on and we would just have to enter. It was not on.
Nevertheless, the location was great and we had a lot of fun participating in the event we came for in Paris. Bercy is another very interesting dimension of Paris!!!

Room tip: facing outside court and Seine, facing inside see only the side street (no noise)

The hotel is located a bit outside of the center but still good accessible buy subway. The hotel is already a bit older but still modern. We had a Deluxe room, which was nice but maybe a bit to small for this kind of rooms. The staff was very professional and friendly, the breakfast was great too an we had a very nice evening in the bar. Bercy Villages is about 100 meters away from the hotel, a perfect place to have diner. The fitness is not that good, no windows and to small.
