“Loved every minute of it”

Went to Paris for New Years on a mother daughter trip for five nights. I cant review this hotel high enough. From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. Our room was beautiful with lovely attention to detail. From the nespresso machine in the immaculate fully appointed kitchen to the l'occitane bathroom accessories. Even the hair dryer had multiple attachments. The location was outstanding. We walked to everything. A large Monoprix market is a five minute walk and good to have to stock up on basics, wine, cheese, bread etc...We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet but it looked good. There are a bunch of really good places to eat on Rue de Richelieu, we especially liked the Bistro Richelieu.

This proved a really good spot for our family to see Paris from - close to metro and handy for local shops and restaurants! Although the flat was very small the settee became a quite comfortable double bed. Staff were very helpful too !! Would recommend for families or couples .

Booked Citadines for a New Years break. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful - we arrived early and our fantastic room on the 7th floor was available for our use. Our room was large, for a Paris hotel, with lounge and kitchen. We had breakfast on two of the days, which was great (Eur 20 for a buffet), and in the afternoons there was coffee, juices and pastries available free of charge. The staff at the concierge desk really assisted and helped us find the few restaurants that were open on new years day. Great hotel and location. Thanks to Kim and staff at Citadines.

Stayed for 10 nights for our honeymoon. Staff are so helpful and personal including a hand written card for welcome and Christmas accompanied with chocolates. Lovely breakfast and the provided toiletries are a great brand. This hotel is highly recommended

Fabulously located, right in the very heart of Paris' historical district, steps away from the Louvre, as well as the Opera, Tuileries Gardens, Notre Dame - you got it all!
A perfect cozy retreat at the end of a lovely day in this city of abundance. Nice and elegantly furnished rooms, spacy enough (after all - it's Paris), impeccable service, tasty breakfast to start a grand day with (and get you through it deliciously), a gym that you won't need - we loved this place! Classy architecture, modern but warm design, and thankfully far away from the stuffiness of the old "palaces" like Ritz, Lotti, ...
And all around: great things to look at, as well as to do: shop, look, taste, enjoy!

We've just returned from an absolutely faultless 3 night stay in one of the little apart-hotel suites at the Citadines Louvre. It was such a perfect experience. The room was brilliantly equipped with everything the traveller could need - fresh bottled water every day, tea bags, a coffee machine, a little kitchen complete with dishwasher, detergent etc, plenty of electricity sockets, a spotless bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The hotel has perfected every detail. Even the kitchen cutlery was top quality and not the cheap rubbish you get in some hotels; likewise with the bedding, the towels and the complementary slippers. The only very minor criticism I have is that they could provide more coat-hangers.

Asides from the room, the hotel's location is second to none, its foyer is stunning, and its staff extremely friendly. This was my 20th trip to Paris and I usually opt for the Marais or the left bank. I decided to break with tradition this year and try something new (the Marais has become too pricey) and I am so glad I found this place - will definitely return.

It was such a joy to stay at this hotel. From the warm reception to the gorgeous room, the incredible service, the cleanliness, the decor, the atmosphere, there is nothing bad I can say about this place. I wish I could live here. This hotel will not disappoint and Chloe is an amazing person that will make you feel well taken care of. Can't wait to go back!
Beyond the hotel, the location is perfect. It is literally a block away from the most amazing museum in the world - The Louvre. It is also walking distance to the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. We also walked to and from the Eiffel Tower but that was a bit of a hike. There are also a ton of great restaurants right in the area - Le Grand Colbert (where we saw Scarlet Johansson and where Something's Gotta Give was filmed), Brasserie Du Louvre was a half a block away and a really great restaurant.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but I'm sure it's delicious. Also, the beds were divine.

Room Tip: they told us the 4th floor suite was the biggest basic suite.
