Great location, good pricing (obviously booking in advance) and we found the hotel to be very clean, modern, great location and the staff were fantastically helpful, welcoming and polite.
The only negative we could find was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable we’ve ever had.
I’d still stop here again should I return to Paris as this was also a short walk to the Metro station which was easy to get from the airport.

We wanted to be in the center of Paris to be close to all the interesting things to do.
The hotel is next to the famous Notre-Dame (who had a sad fate) but it has a very easy access to several subways.The room were rather small but we knew that before booking so it wasn't a problem for us !
The staff was very dedicated and friendly, they did their best to provide us with good infos and places to go out diner.

Hotel is located in a great area and close to public transportation. Depite my business days were long there is always an option for late dinner closed to the hotel.
While the hotel rooms are well equipped and comfortable, room size was too little for a 4stars hotel.

good are Location and friendlyness of the staff. but Rooms are extremely small, so are the beds; so Overall value for Price is not sufficient; you do not get an upgrade as Gold member. And that a false fire alert, which was very loud and hurt our ears, is not stopped for over 10 minutes is NOT acceptable!

The location was ideal for visiting the centre of Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful
The room (a Privilege Room) was minuscule.
The breakfast was well below Hotel Mercure standards with soggy almost inedible vienoisserie.
Would I go back? Almost certainly not.
