Owner description: Perhaps the most famous street in Paris, this wide, tree-lined avenue is home to the city's chic restaurants, shops and boutiques.

perhaps it is because we are from nyc, but this street offered nothing special for us. it was one high end retailer after the other and crowds of people. and to my eye, not particularly beautiful in any way. it does have the arc de triomphe, which was something to see, but otherwise, i would not go back. i suppose if you love shopping, you might enjoy, but there are many more beautiful and interesting places to visit in paris.

We had the opportunity to cycle down here as part of the Help for Heroes Big Battlefield Bike Ride. That was an amazing experience and made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck and the adrenaline rush was out of this world. 300 cyclists en masse competing with the Paris traffic!!

If you ever get a chance to do something like it, you must!

Stretching across two kilometers, this avenue claims to be the world's most beautiful one. Fancy cafés, posh boutiques, nice bistro and etc. The Triumphal Arch is waiting at the end of the street if you're heading north.

Great experience to stroll Champs Elysees from L'Arc de Triomphe to La Place de la Concorde.
Very large street with beautiful buildings and trees; many exquisite shops ,restaurants and souvenirs shops.
Always full of people and tourists.
You feel that in this area Paris is alive and enjoying good moments.

i suggest that you stroll down Champ Elysees to admire nice buildings, expensive shops, luxury lifestyle and take some nice photos of the area.I am sure you will find other more pretty quarters in Paris but don't skip this one.it worths a stroll.
