A part of Paris most tourists would overlook, but it's a little city within a city a haven from the bustle of the Paris outside.

Fantastic place to stay as so much is only minute walks away. Great restaurants and shops here also.

We stayed in a Hotel on Ile St Louis. This is a wonderful part of town, quiet and quaint with many lovely restaurants, creperies, shops and cafes. We spent a lot of time walking about the island and enjoying the people and the culture.

This was a nice quaint area in Paris with a beautiful bridge. Nice area to stroll through casually and enjoy the more quiet nature when comparing to other areas in Paris. Less honking lol

In connection with a choral concert in the church Saint Louis en Île we made a pleasant walk through the small streets and enjoyed the quietness, the shops and the architecturally remarkable buildings. There are some fine hotels and small restaurants. The Baroque church is remarkable, has a excellent acoustic and regularly concerts Saturdays and Sundays.
