Nice hotel, good location within Paris for the tourist, Metro is just outside hotel (Exit 1). Staff were warm and friendly, room very nice, WIFI was good, they even offer codes for as many devices as you need unlike some hotels that charge per device. Breakfast was OK I think we arrived too early and they were still preparing the restaurant food etc.

Only thing I found strange was hotel bar was closed at weekends. Not a great problem seeing how many bars locally were open for business, just a shame after a long day site seeing you have to leave hotel for a drink.

Room Tip: Exit 1 on Metro brings you up just outside hotel

Located directly in front of the Grands Blvd metro station, this hotel gives you easy access to the city of Paris. The staff is very friendly, remembering the names of guests who have stayed with them in the past (my friend is one of those guests). Fun colors and modern decor make this hotel a very inviting place. Amenities in the room such a free bottled water, Nespresso coffee, tea, and natural toiletries add to the comfort and appeal of this hotel.

I arrived at the "witching hour" when very few restaurants have opened for dinner. Fortunately the hotel offers room service (food provided by the famous restaurant Brasserie Le Brebant). I ordered the cheese and bacon hamburger with fries. Oh my word!!!! Let's just say, this was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was so fresh and perfectly cooked and the bun was definitely made fresh by the restaurant. The fries (again, fresh cut, not frozen) were served with a tarragon mustard that was a wonderful addition.

Upon check out, the hotel staff graciously retrieved our bags from our room and stored them for us for the day. I read in other reviews that the guests had to carry their own bags to and from the room. This could be because they didn't ask for help. When we asked, the staff responded with an emphatic "yes"!

Room Tip: Ask for a room NOT on the Salon level (rooms that start with a zero). This is actually in a differe...

The hotel is adequate as a place to lay your head; rooms small but clean. Beds very firm but pillows lumpy. Tea and coffee not replenished unless you asked in the daytime and our room had lights which only worked intermittently and was very noisy as it overlooked the street. The breakfast is expensive at 18 euros but go down the road to Le Brioche Doree and it will cost a fraction of that. The main problem we had was that the bar closed earlier that the advertised time and the night staff were rude when we asked why. The daytime reception staff were friendly and efficient. I would not bother to stay there again despite its proximity to the Metro.

Room Tip: Avoid those overlooking the Boulevard Poissoniere.

The hotel is just in front of 2 metro lines and a 3 minute walk from Lafayette Department Store and the Opera Garnier. Friendly staff, clean and quiet. The room wasn't big but it was just the right size. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there's a lot of places just next door where you pay much less.

Room Tip: There are rooms facing the avenue, ours was facing the back, I guess these must be more quiet.
