The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to all the major sights.
Quiet, clean and very comfortable.
Tea/coffee-making facilities are an essential for travellers though ....really surprised they were not provided.

A nice little hotel in a great location in the Odeon area of Paris only a 5 minute walk from the Metro and close to Boulevard St Germain so easy to walk to so many places. The hotel staff were very helpful on reception and the rooms were clean and quiet. The only negatives were that the bedroom was very small and in need of some updating and freshening up.

Our room had no bedside plug sockets to recharge our electrical items. The only sockets were one at floor level immediately inside the bedroom door and another high up on the wall where the TV was plugged in, which is far from ideal! Otherwise, perfectly adequate and I would stay there again as the location is so good.

Stayed for four nights in July. Nice room, quiet and with good breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff. Elevator not working and that gave us some extra exercise since we lived on fourth floor:-)

Nice area and walking distance to most sights.

This hotel is perfectly located, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, museums and galleries, the Eiffel Tower and the Odeon metro station. The staff - particularly Herve and Stephanie - were absolutely wonderful and made our stay so easy and enjoyable, even with a little baby.

Situated on a side street a minute from Saint Germain, the hotel is in a most desirable part of Paris. The price we paid was pretty competitive for a hotel in this location. Two minutes to the Odeon Metro and 5 minutes to the RER B at Luxembourg.

Our room was on the 5th floor facing the street. It was quite small, as was the bathroom. There was a bathtub / shower combination. They should consider removing the bathtub. Although we were high up, the view from our window was the building 20 feet away across the street. The bed has some weird fur like throw on it. But the bed was pretty comfortable. Of course, any bed is comfortable after walking miles through beautiful Paris.

The front desk staff were actually quite helpful. They greeted us coming and going, would get us some boiling water for tea in the evening, and pulled out a corkscrew for us a number of times. For weary tourists, coffee and tea in the room is a must.

They had a safe in the room, free wifi, and free bottled water. However, they will only give you one bottle, regardless of how long you stay. We stayed for 5 days and they charged us for the extra water.

Their breakfasts are expensive so we chose to find a café nearby. Not much cheaper at the cafes, but at least you get to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the early morning travellers.

There are a couple of bars around the corner that create late night noise. Didn't bother us, but you may need to close your window if you are a light sleeper. The immediate restaurants are all Japanese (there must be a dozen of them within a two block radius). So, will need to walk a few blocks to find alternatives.

All in all, not a bad hotel if the stay is a day or two. For 5 days, look elsewhere to get all the amenities you need (Kleenex, coffee/tea, view, etc.). Tip: There is a Laundromat about a block away.

I stayed here in March and I think it is a good alternative in St Germain. It is on a quiet street so you know you will get a good night's sleep.

They did not provide coffee or tea maker in the room, and that is something small but it is an important feature for me, when you are back to room very tired, you want to have one cup of tea and coffee in your room, but that was not possible/

There is nothing to do in the hotel, because it is a tiny hotel

overall it is good

This hotel is located in such a great spot. Walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Luxembourg Gardens, the Eiffel tower and many more. Easy to catch Metro, in case you've done too much walking during the day! The staff at Delavigne were all very friendly; they rang around and found us a physiotherapist nearby, as one of us was suffering from a sore back. An abundance of cafés, restaurants and shops in the area all served to add to the magic. We had a room with three beds and our bathroom was equipped with a combination bath/shower, which was a little small for me, being over 6' tall. The minor irritation was the lack of fan venting in the bathroom (maybe ours just wasn't working), and the beds were ok, but lacked that little something to transition them from functional to welcoming. And they had a lift up to the rooms - sweet!! Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would easily stay here again.
