We stayed for a month in an apt.on this lovely little street. In the center of everything with wonderful selections of restaurants, bars, shops and history. Close to a number of metro stations, making it easy to get a around the city. Perfect location to visit or stay awhile.

We walked from the back of Sacre Cour all the way down to the metro. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and interesting shops. Felt like walking through it again!

Rue Lepic takes you from The Moulin Rouge at Metro: Blanche, pass local shop and eateries, including Le cafe 2 Moulins where Amelie was filmed, all the way to the back end of the Sacre Couer.
On your way you'll travel from busy food streets to quiet residential roads with artist studios and even Windmills. Your final destination should be the Montmarte Musuem, where you'll learn about this locality's connection with great artists like Picasso and Renoir.

Montmartre is one of my favorite part of Paris, and any street there, up or down, with shops or cafes, is lovely. Look around for street art too!

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel. Such a great area to stay in Montemarte. Rue Lepic just metres away from the shops, metro 5 mins walk. Very easy walk up to the Basillica from there
