A very good 4 star hotel in an excellent location for the sights and amenities of Paris. Comfortable room and excellent and very helpful staff. The one disappointment was breakfast which was minimal to say the least. Otherwise I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The location is brilliant, even though it's a 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower it's very quiet.
The staff were lovely very helpful and always had a smile, the room was clean and I've stayed in smaller!
The area it's situated in is very good for the metro and food/drink and shops.
The breakfast was very good and the buffet was kept stocked up so no having to wait for the fruit juice.
This hotel is ideal it's very good for the price, we will be coming to stay again! and heartily recommend it.
The only down side (and it was not really an issue) if you think you may use the room service, check the times. The paper work said times that were a bit of a fib.
Paris is a fantastic city and this hotel made our trip lovely, can't wait to come back.

Room Tip: there is a lift so don't worry if you get the 6th floor.

This hotel is as solid as they come in Europe for a 4 star hotel. The area is fabulous, the staff earnest and the room surprisingly convenient both in size and amenities. The nieghborhhod is a good combination of shops for locals, restaurants for locals and for the more tourist oriented look at Trocadero pl. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel which is visible almost from everywhere in the area. After exploring we found many neighborhood restaurants + bustle, which isn't eveident at the hotel as it's a quiet street. The Metro is also 10 minutes away at most. We enjoyed walking to the Musee d'Moderne on President Wilson for both the installations and a fantastic simple cafeteria with healthy food options and a lovely patio area. Also on Wed and Sat , there is an open market on the blvd of President Wilson which is beautifully robust with produce, cheese, flowers, some clothing, purse and jewelry tables as well.
GEORGE, a concierge, is the guy to connect with. What an outgoing, great man that works to make things work, and to have them be comfortable in the way you need them to be. He made a big difference in our stay as did the rest of the front desk team. We did experience some challenges on occasion with room service and housekeeping but the team resolved it and with enthusisasm. Afterall who has ever had a hotel stay in Europe without a glitch or two. C'est la vie. An aside - generally speaking, making an effort at least to say even the most basic things in French is appreciated and changes one's experience. Stay here - you won't be sorry. Look for Georges :)

Room Tip: higher floors have a shot at a view of the tower but I have to say the neighborhood is charming anyw...

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in May; the location is perfect; no noise to endure late evenings or early mornings. The rooms are small but clean and perfect for this type of holiday when the minimal amount of time will be spent in them. The Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe are within walking distance; the metro is just around the corner and simple to use despite what we had heard from others; there are lots of lovely shops, restaurants, bars in the surrounding area; even a bar(Frog!! found it a comical name for a Paris Bar, I think there are 6 in Paris)with "happy hours", pitchers of beer\cocktails at reasonable prices.
The hotel staff were lovely and could not do enough to help with any queries\assistance when needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reasonable prices and a quieter location. The breakfast choice is fine; there are options for all, just don't expect a "Full English"; you are in France not Costa del Britain!!

Top location with lots of cafes and can actually walk to the Eiffel Tower! English speaking reception/staff, very friendly and helpful, giving us directions of how to get around the surrounding area. Very clean room, small but comfortable and cozy. We had a lovely time in Paris and love Paris and this hotel makes all the difference. The personal touch you get from hotel reception is something that is lacking in major hotel chains. Very good quality breakfast too, although there are plenty of eateries around. Definitely recommend this hotel!

My pros and cons are as follows:

PROS -
1. Very friendly staff
2. Rooms were a little small but very clean and modern
3. Fantastic location that made commuting very easy
4. It wasn't cheap but competitive for the style and location of hotel

CONS -
1. Although the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the advice when it came to restaurants etc. seemed to be always either recommendations they were told to say or affiliated with the hotel (for example the place has paid to be recommended by the hotel). Therefore the recommendations it weren't always suitable for my wife and I.
2. Their was no mini bar or fridge in the room
3. Breakfast was 15 euros plus VAT extra and not worth the money, very basic.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time in Paris and choosing the right hotel helps a lot. We were very pleased with our choice. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and welcoming and I feel it really contributed to our stay in Paris.

I would definitely look to stay here again on returning to Paris. My only recommendation would be to avoid the breakfast and spend your money finding a nice little bakery and crepe store somewhere and maybe not always go on the recommendation of the hotel.

Overall a great hotel!

Dear JamFresh,
I would like to thank you for finding some time to write down your impressions for your stay in Plaza Tour Eiffel on Trip Advisor.
Such a detailed feedback always helps to work on and to improve the services and their quality.
Thank you very much for the appreciation of Plaza Tour Eiffel staff’s professionalism as well as the cleanliness of our rooms.
I would like to tell you that our appreciation and advice on the restaurants advised to guests is made by two only criterias. The first one is our own impressions after eating and enjoying the food and the service. The second one is the appreciation of our guests. I do assure you that nobody pays us for this. The most important this is to advise correctly so that our guest enjoys the meal. I can assure you that our advice is not limited by only few restaurants around the hotel.
We did take a decision not to put mini bars and encourage our guest to take or order the drinks from our lounge bar, thus, you have wider choice of drinks.
The price of our buffet breakfast is 22Euros, but I do think that you have not tasted it. There is really a wider choice of hot and cold plates and I am sure you wouldn’t have been disappointed.
Could you please contact me directly if you decide to come back to Plaza Tour Eiffel? I will offer you the breakfast with pleasure, so that you could decide for yourself.
Most sincerely,
Inna Doroshenko

We stayed at the Plaza Tour Eiffel from June 26-June 30. We are older, timid travelers. Going to a non-English speaking country is a leap for us. The staff in this hotel were very caring and supportive. They helped us to navigate the ins and outs of finding good restaurants and how to get there.

The hotel is located very near the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero Metro stop. It is in a more residential section of Paris, so streets at night were quiet. The room are small but adequate, and bathroom is very nice. The entire hotel is very clean.
