Hotel is very well located - very close to Metro station and walking distance from Gallerie Lafayette, Opera and Gare Du Nord as well. There are many Bistros and a few restaurants around. There are also good supermarkets where you can find a great variety of wine & cheese if you don´t feel like walking after a busy day.

But, and there´s always a but, do not count on the reception desk after 6PM - terrible ! I asked for some direction (I knew it was very close) and he keep staring at me as if I was asking him how to get a fly to the moon !!! I tried again (speaking French, English and Spanish) no way ! Reception desk is not a must in this hotel, believe me. Do not count on them for help.

Besides that, the elevator was on repair when we got there and we were lucky to get a room on the second floor ! Anyway, I would recommend it because of it´s location.

Room Tip: Book a room with street view.

Elevator was out. Staff was helpful. Subway is near. Not near any sights! Only one decent restaurant close by! Could not recommend as it was. If it got a little more of a facelift it would be alright!

It is o clean hotel with very good breakfast. The crew is polite but the rooms are too short with little space! The wc is also narrow. At the end it is at a very good location 3-4 minutes from CADET metro station and 15-20 minutes from Monmatre!

It was our first stay in Paris that means our first paris hotel also. We stayed 5 night at the hotel. At the first moment we were quiet disappointed becuase rooms were so small, many rooms have a wall view, bathrooms were so used and should be renovated long time ago. We also consider that the toilet right next to the sink, cosmetics which almost touches the WC is really nasty for us.Evenmore the strange oriental smell all around the hotel and on the approach was unpleasant for us - maybe this is a french style. But after couple days we got use to it :-) Internet connection was very poor so we could only be online at the hotel lobby. Breakfast was very simple every day the same but we did not mind it. We could have some pastery, ham, cheese, eggs, cereals. we were really nice surpised that this 3 star hotel provided us by everyday housekeping including new bedlinen. The biggest advantage of this hotel we consider the location - 5 min from Cadet metro station. It is not a hotel with any freetime facility but it is good enough for somebody who is on the sightseing trip in Paris, walks all day long around Paris and needs to have a quality bed for rest. For this purpose we can really recommend this economy hotel.

Room Tip: Choose rooms with street side view

The area is great, you can easily walk to Gare du Nord or Opera... Or anywhere your legs can take you. Love the neighborhood. Walked to Sacre Coeur, Montmatre. It's a blink of a walk and so much to enjoy.
The hotel is okay. It is clean. Some of the room are more spacious than others. If you need Internet be sure not to get a room near the stairwell. I was on 6th floor and had to be moved. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, bathrooms the same. It is an economy hotel, do not expect smiles at the desk or flowers in your room!
I wish I could really recommend it wi my hole heart but I honestly cannot
