Like other travellers we found the rooms very compact, typical of Paris. It was quite hot at night and we had the window open but the road below was quite noisy, lots of small motorbikes using it as a cut through from one main road to another. So it wasn't the best night's sleep ever.
That aside, it was clean and reasonably comfortable, had a kettle and most other basic essentials you would expect, plus a decent number of proper coathangers. Wifi was a bit flaky and we didn't sample breakfast as it was quite pricey at 16 euros (unless you are planning to make a meal of it). The café around the corner on the main road (Zepyr) did a lovely continental breakfast for 8 euros.
It must have the smallest lift in the world, and they do only have one. We managed, once, to fit four of us in at one time but after that we never tried more than 3. This becomes a bit of a problem at check-out time as a suitcase easily takes up the space of one person so allow plenty of time to get down to reception on the day you leave.
It's central and easy to walk to all the key places from here and did what we needed it to.
