“Well located budget Hotel - June 2014”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

We stayed 6 days in this hotel with staff being very friendly (Mustafa was great among many) and the room was clean but of course tiny as most of the rooms in Paris. The Hotel is close to everything - you can walk to Opera Garnier , Lafayette , etc.... and you are near many metro stations including the train station Saint-Lazare. In addition, the breakfast is acceptable. Good for the price.

note: you will love the elevator - Super Tiny (we had to split to get our luggage to the room)

You are looking at this hotel because you don't want to spend an arm and a leg and yet want a clean hotel that does the job. You'll also want this hotel because the Grand Lazare station is a stones throw away that allows you to travel to and from airport and in and out of the city. There are good restaurants 2 mins walk from this hotel. This hotel is like motel 6 in the USA and what it lacks in size of the room and elevator(smallest I've seen) it makes up for the help of the staff especially ALI,who met us with a big smile and a big "hello and how are ?"when we arrived. You won't stay long in the hotel anyway as there is so much to do and see in this magical city.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel itself is kind of old fashioned, not sure it's been redecorated in a while, but that's not to say it's not clean and tidy. The location is great for visiting and getting to know Paris. The breakfast was ok, but not as great as you'd get in a chain hotel, e.g. not anything cooked etc, and not an extensive variety.

I stayed in this hotel in October 2013 and was really amazed to see how helpful was the Staff and carrying. Good Location in the center of all shopping areas and near to the underground, which makes all Pairs accessible to the visitors.

If I ever visit Paris, for sure I will stay there.

Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stayed at this hotel around last year. I wanted a cheap hotel that close to the station. I came across this hotel.
The hotel was quite small and old. For that price, I could get much better hotel in other area.
Quite busy street but felt safe. Don't worry.

The room was small, like really small. Very thin wall.
You have to leave your key at the front deskwhen you go out. I just didn't get it.

Well, beggars can't be choosers! :)

We have just spent the night here. It is very clean and the bed is comfortable, with crisp fresh bed linen, had a really good night's sleep, also it is nice to have tea and coffee making facilities Friendly receptionist. It is also ideally located for all the tourist sights and transport links. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Room Tip: We had a room at the back and it was wonderfully quiet but don't know about the ones at the fron...

I've been staying in Paris every week for the last 2 months and this was clearly the worst value in the neighbourhood.

Close to the Gare St Lazard - I hear the trains leaving every few minutes as I write - is the only value if you're having a late/early train.

SERVICE : Arriving at 9pm, the guy at the reception was unhelpfull and anxiuos to get back to his primary business : listening to his ipod with his earplugs.

ROOMS : smallest room ever, small bed with old matrass, paper falling off the walls.

WIFI : I requested fast WiFi...and got the opposite..

Room Tip: Rooms closer to the Moulin Rouge are better value, even cheaper (Clichy)
