Super location and excellent staff, willing and ready to do all they can to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The hotel is situated on quiet street close to Montparnasse train station, steps away from the Saint Germain district.

The hotel at the time was renovating its breakfast room and their salon lounge, but customer service excellence and attention to detail was very well received.

The breakfast was adequate and have various options readily available. I am sure with the new breakfast room they service is outstanding.

The rooms were well appointed, but some of the amenities seem dated, but I think this adds to the charm of the property. The décor is very Victorian and a lot of attention to detail is shown. We were told the hotel owner chooses everything himself!

Overall the hotel, by its location, they décor of the property and the excellence in customer service would have me staying again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was perfect. They have a fantastic staff. They were patient and understanding when it came to the language. We had a really nice view. We had a beautiful room w/2 balconies. No chairs but just being able to open the windows and enjoying the cool weather was great. It would have been nice to fix coffee or tea in our room. In the evening we got turn down service w/the next day's weather forecast and a couple of chocolates. Felt pampered. It was conveniently located for walking to all the places we wanted to see. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff there were like the rest of the staff, efficient and very friendly. Definitely would go back and stay when we go back to Paris.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, close to trains and bus line. The room was very nice and spacious by Paris standards. Included a robe that wasn't huge, bath salts, and all the extras we expect from a good American hotel.

We would definately stay there again.

My wife and I decided to visit Paris for our birthdays - stayed at Victoria Palace - was a perfect place to stay! Great bar, great room - we had a Jr suite - and loved it. Hotel is close to buses and subway station and some great places to eat within walking distance.

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful - all of them - and extremely responsive to our needs.

Victoria palace hotel

Upon entering this Hotel we were pleasantly surprised by its grandeur . Everyone at the reception desk was very kind. We were escorted to our room and again we were happy to see a much larger room than we expected . The bathroom alone was shocking for a Parisian Hotel. It even had a bathtub! Unfortunately the bed was not that comfortable.
We had champagne in the bar and met Habib , our new favorite bartender who has a ton of great stories and is well traveled. Our room came with breakfast which may have been a tad better than most typical European hotel buffets. Unfortunately the wait staff whom were all nice but did not speak much English and it was very hard to communicate with them. I would skip the breakfast and go experience a Boulangerie. This Hotel is in a wonderful area with Rue de Renne is a block away ( great shopping ). I would definitely stay here again if they had more comfortable beds.
