We were there for family trip in July'14 and stood in Aida Opera four nights. General impression is positive, except a few minor items (below).
Positive thing number one - absolutely friendliness and positive-mind staff. Very open-hearted people, who tried to help for any our inquiry and even prevent it. Big thanks for all of them!
Then: location - almost Paris centre, close to most touristic attractions. Connected to airport by Roissy bus (from CDG to Opera 1 hour than walking to hotel 15 minutes).
Room: (we used 4-persons room) - space is enough and more bigger than expected. Clean, cozy, normally equipped with hotel features even tea-table (which is normal for UK but rare for continental hotels).
Sleeping quality - OK. Night time - silent, fresh air, room temperature is regulated. I have to say that compare to other hotels which I experienced - quite low noise level from inside (usually you can here your neighbor's activity in next-door room, but here is not the case).
Bathroom - OK. Clean and shiny, water equipment worked properly.
Wi-fi - good connect and speed.
Breakfast - poor. Maybe 15 euro is really corresponds to such breakfast, but canteen staff must be more careful on their duty - one morning any meat was absent, next morning meat was ok, but cheese - not, etc. Anyway - breakfast was of narrow choice and temporary exhausted food was not replenished at once.
Negative point (to attention of hotel management): hotel has only one elevator, I do understand. But who is most important for you - guests of your cleaning staff? Every morning in peak-time (8-9 AM) elevator was practically inaccessible because cleaning girl occupied it for her trolley with bed-clothes for 15-20 minutes. We ought to use staircase to and from 4th floor. If hotel really cares about guests - re-arrange cleaning schedule, let her to do her job before or after peak time.
So, generally hotel is OK, considering quality/price ratio and additionally - staff kindness and friendliness. I can recommend this hotel to anybody for touristic stay in Paris.
