I traveled with my teenage son and his girlfriend. This hotel was extremely flexible with the necessary sleeping arrangements. The staff was exceptional. They were bright, kind, and engaging. The rooms were very clean and functional. There was a large breakfast selection, which fueled by 6'3" athlete son for the first half of the day. Location is amazing. Literally two short blocks to the metro, and a short walk from L'Arc de Triomphe, and the river. In addition, the room was extremely quiet. A good night's sleep was had by all.

Room Tip: Courtyard view was very quiet.

We don't need to go into great detail - but the one night in question was spoilt by a burst water pipe , as to the other 5 nights the hotel did an extremely good job of putting things right , as for the staff, they were professional and efficient and friendly , the hotel only has 3 stars but we couldn't fault it . we can only say that we were upgraded because of the water pipe situation but the room we had for the 5 nights was very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day and we had a great view of the Paris streets from our balcony.

We stayed at the Hotel Kleber Champs-Elysees which is the most divine boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a GREAT loacation. They gave us a free boat cruise on the Seine as well. would recommend this to anyone.

Room Tip: ask for the balcony room.

The Kleber is a fantastic traditional parisian hotel... it isn' furnished like an ikea catalogue like many of the other hotel chains and offerings... it has beautiful decor, and lovely art & sculptures throughout that really add to the PARIS experience.

The location is BRILLIANT... just a 10 minute walk from the arc-de-triumph & champs elysee one way and 15 mins from (an incredible view of) the eiffel tower at the Palais-de-Chaillot - you can see the eiffell tower on the next street very easily to satisfy that "OMG we're in PARIS" feeling.

The staff were excellent, very friendly & very helpful

The room was gorgeous with traditional antique furniture, a large bed with clean nice&linen and a large TV (no english channels though)...

The bathroom was clean and modern with a huge jacuzzi double bath with infinity taps
There was a crack in the shower door (and you could see how it had happened) but it wasn't a big deal.
Only two towels, should always be 2 per person - but again, not a big deal.

They do make you leave the key at reception before you go out for the day (but it was fine) and the doors on the room don't auto lock upon close, you have to lock it with the key.

There is a lift (but the staircase is nice marble with classic-european iron bannister posts & rails) and breakfast in the basement was fine, 14 euro per person isn't cheap but you can fill up on european breakfast items (and it is easy), but nothing special (except the BRIE, the BRIE was brilliant).

The wine menu was reasonably priced too.

The local cafe's delivered delicious lunches & french onion soup and the area and Ave itself was lovely to walk down.

A fantastic place to have a special celebration and wonderful trip to PARIS

Dear guest, the whole hotel staff thank you for your review. The location, the room, the cleanliness, the service & hotel staff were assessed positively. Concerning the towel, it is possible to ask extra more towels for free into your room. Front desk number is 9 from your room with no extra charge. We are glad you enjoyed the traditional French buffet breakfast. Concerning the key, we keep them at the front desk for security reason because previous guests forgot them at the cafés nearby. Electronic door keyring are scheduled in the next renovation program. All doors will also be renewed. Concerning the shower door, a new one is ordered already. We thank you again for choosing your authentic boutique hotel. We will be glad to welcome you again. Our best regards. Customer service.

I stayed here with my mom in May, and we were really looking forward to our visit because the photos made it look like an adorable boutique hotel. The front desk staff was pretty nice, especially the Cuban guy (I think he was Cuban, can't remember). But our room was pretty average, and to those people with horrible allergies like me, be warned that the rooms might set your allergies off. Not sure if it was dust or mold though, but I was sneezing and had watery eyes my whole stay. Also, it was kind of awkward at one point because one of the guys from the front desk didn't recognize us when we were walking up to the hotel, and gave us a weird look. Oh well. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again, and I'm still looking for a reasonably priced place that is comfortable for future stays in Paris.
Also, be careful if using the hotel's airport shuttle service. It was really a van driven by some guy who dropped us off at the wrong terminal, even though I asked him in French if it was the correct place because I didn't think so. He assured me it was, but I think he was just trying to drop off all his passengers in the same spot. We ended up having to ask around and eventually had to walk under the airport to a completely different terminal. (Of course this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth a mention).

Dear client, your review is important to us & we thank you for your time writing your personal opinion. You did assessed positively the hotel staff & we thank you for your information. Of course, there is a shift & therefore the persons working at the front desk are not the same all the time. They might ask to confirm again your name. We apologize if this extra security question bothered our guest. We are glad to inform our guest that all hotel equipments are fitted for guest that have allergy :
- The ground is in oak wood in the floors & in marble in the reception.
- They are no carpets in rooms in the whole hotel.
- the pillows are synthetic & have no animal feathers
- we use eco labelled products that respects environment & ecology
- We use a natural product for laundry service with no perfume in order to avoid allergy.
You declared in writing that you came in Paris during spring time in may. It is one of the worst month in Paris because all gardens have beautiful flowers growing & the quantity of pollens is higher than all other months. We recommend our guest to check a treatment with an allergologist before traveling. A treatment with antihistamine might be recommended by your doctor specialized in allergy.
Concerning the room rate, we take the opportunity to remind our guest that up to 30% discount is included in the hotel room rate booked directly in the official hotel website. Our direct guest do not pay 30% commission to travel sites when they book directly in the official hotel website. In addition to that, we recommend our guest to choose to come during low season instead of high season days during may month. As a conclusion tip, winter time is low season, and there are much less pollens in Paris' gardens. Concerning the shuttle to airport, we recommend our guest to check the airports' terminal reference number & name carfully with the shuttle bus drivers & also to check the tables of information display while arriving in the airport. A free bus is linking all the different terminals for those who do not want to walk. We hope these information will help all our customers. We will be glad to welcome you again knowing these new precious information. You will be very welcome. Our best regards. Customer service.

Another stay, I went back again. The area is safe & calm in a residential area. It is located within walking distance to the restaurants, the (night) clubs in the Champs Elysees area, museums & monuments. We booked again directly in the hotel official website & got 30% off in our room rate. The free WiFi worked fine & we had a free access to the business center so as to print our boarding passes. We also had a free kettle tray with coffee & tea included in our room reservation. We had in our minibar a bottle of champaign (extra cost 19€ including tax). It was magic & charming. Our room was clean & the staff was very helpfull. We also had a map of Paris & some extra information. My cousin is living in the same area & recommended this place to us the very first time we came to Paris. We will be glad to come back again on our next trip.

Room Tip: There are rooms on the back & rooms on the front side. They are different. Beware in the elevat...

We didn't know what to expect with the hotel we booked online. All the information we had about Hotel Kleber was through researching online and forums we've read. Hotel Kleber did not disappoint! It's everything I envisioned a Parisian hotel should be! The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to the Arc De Triomphe, Champs Elysee, and the Eiffel Tower. The metro stop was just a few minutes away and was easy to use. Our room was nice and quaint although not much of a view from our particular room. This didn't bother us since we were out for the most part of the day. The bathroom was clean and just the right size for us. We also got the package deal that came with breakfast each morning and a cruise on the Seine river. We enjoyed it all! Kudos to Eugene and Carla who were very helpful and accommodating--so was Leticia (sp?). They were friendly and catered to all our needs. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and Paris was our first stop in Europe. Hotel Kleber gave us a great first impression of Paris and paved the way for a wonderful and romantic anniversary that my husband and I will always remember! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
