We stayed here on two separate occasions. The first time we stayed here, we were very happy with the room, because we were on the top floor (8th floor) with a view of the Sacre Coeur, from a distance. Because there were only 3 rooms on that floor, naturally, it was quiet.
The second time we stayed there, we got the first floor. The noise from the street below can be heard, as well as noise from the room next door.
The hotel is not very new, shower temperature is also quite tricky to use, water supply is also not constant. Another thing I was not very happy about is the lack of manpower in the hotel. There are only 2 people in the reception and one bellhop at a time. When we were checking out, we asked for help to bring down our luggage (since we had 5 luggages), it took all of 20 minutes before the lone bellhop could help us bring down our luggages! Those 20 minutes can be very crucial when you are trying to catch a flight like we were.
I would like to commend one of the bellhops though. Said was very helpful during our stay. He was always light on his feet and anticipated what the guests needed. When one of our luggages accidentally gave, he helped us try to fix the bag without us even having to ask for help. We truly appreciated his helpfulness.
