“Paris for the First Time”
Reviewed 14 July 2014

My husband and I had never been to Paris but we had several friends recommend Hotel Relais Bosquet and I researched it online too. It was perfect - location, quaint, a wonderful friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Everyday and evening we would walk to see things and eat in the Rue Cler neighborhood restaurants & bakeries - YUM! I would definitely come back when we visit Paris again.

Besides walking we took the hop on hop off buses and the train into other towns. It was a wonderful experience, not anything like I thought it would be. I LOVE PARIS!

Room Tip: The rooms on the street side are noisier than the rooms facing the garden area which are very quiet.

We spent a week in Paris & every day we were greeted with smiles & "Is there anything we can do for you?" Being from the South in the United States, hospitality is always high on the list. This hotel was very accommodating & friendly no matter the time of day. Located in a wonderful neighbor close to many shops, cafés, & landmark. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We lived in Europe from 2006-2014 and visited the Relais Bosquet three or four times, most recently this month (July '14). What a perfect little three-star in a great neighborhood. Seems like it got better every time we visited (and the rooms were remodeled in 2014 as well). The staff were always welcoming and what's not to love about the 10-minute walk to the Champs de Mars park/Eiffel Tower. Proximity to the Metro can't be beaten (2 minutes).

Our most recent visit was our first with a child, and the accommodation was just as friendly and hospitable. One small recommendation is a new high chair for breakfast - the current one is woefully out of date and difficult to set up. Other than that, a perfect Parisian experience.

My husband and I recently spent one week at Hotel Relais Bosquet. The hotel is in the charming Rue Cler neighborhood where quiet streets of homes turn into streets with shops and or restaurants. While Paris is a very walkable city, the hotel is minutes from the Metro and major bus routes are right outside the door. The hotel is roughly a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a fabulous park for a picnic.

The facilities were impeccably clean. Rooms have blackout shades which are helpful if you go to sleep in the summer before the sun goes down after 10:00. There is a small refrigerator and safe in the room too. The team will provide a code to access Wi-Fi. The hotel has A/C and an elevator.

There was a lovely continental breakfast served every day consisting of fresh juices, croissants, pastries, cheeses, meats, cold cereals and fresh fruit. The scrambled eggs are yummy!

The staff was fabulous! Kind, considerate, professional, warm, and welcoming are some of the words that come to mind. Each day we were greeted with smiles and genuine caring about how we were spending our day or how we enjoyed our day. They are helpful regarding dinner recommendations/reservations, booking excursions around or outside Paris, suggestions for entertainment or museum visits. They are also very responsive to email and messages posted on Facebook.

Follow them on Facebook and Instagram. Guests booking through social media receive better rates and breakfast is included in the rate. We will definitely return to the hotel on our next visit.

Room Tip: Room 64 is a great room for a view of the Eiffel Tower.

We stayed here for 3 nights early June. The location is fabulous with the metro close by. Rue Cler at the end of the street has shops, post office, bakery, fruit shop and cafes. To us it is like a little village atmosphere in the middle of Paris. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a lovely room with views to the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and very comfortable. I really appreciated the shutters on the windows. Complete darkness for sleeping. We booked months before and secured our booking with breakfast included which we enjoyed. Staff were helpful and friendly. We have stayed at two other locations before but we found this to be the best. Wifi worked fine for us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Book really early for best deal and breakfast included in a good price.

Our family stayed for 3 nights in our recent visit to Paris in June. The hotel is very quaint, the rooms might seem a bit small compared to the USA standards, but it's Paris and rooms there tend to be small. Nevertheless, our experience was great! The rooms are clean, the staff very helpful, even before our arrival helped us with dinner reservations and transportation needs to/from airport. Our hotel package included breakfast which was delicious. The location and proximity to Rue Cler, Eiffel Tower, Metro stations could not be better. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay here on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of july. The staff was wonderful in all aspects - repair of a leaky sink, assisting with directions, recommending a good restaurant and making reservations, assisting with transportation - the Metro, buses or taxis. The property is well located next to the very Parisian pedestrian market - Rue Cler. The Eiffel Tower is a ten minute walk and we also walked all over Paris from the hotel. The breakfasts were really good including eggs, sausage, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, pastries and of course, baguettes! The coffee was great as well.
We had a superior room which was spacious for European standards, nicely decorated and clean. Towels were soft and large. The room had leather chairs and headboard and fabulous electric roll down shutters that can solidly block out all light. Double pane windows eliminated any noise issues completely. WiFi was free and worked very well. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
