“Great location, great service”
Reviewed 30 May 2010

My new wife and I had a great stay at the Relais Bosquet. The hotel was just around the corner from Eiffel Tower and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast and it's right around the corner from Rue Cler and the weekend market.

I stayed at this hotel for five days and had a great experience. My sister and I had a deluxe room with, believe it or not, a view of the Eiffel Tower if you craned your neck just the right way out of the window.

The location can't be beat: you are an 8-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, right around the corner from Rue Cler, and 5 minutes from the nearest subway (Ecole Militaire). It's a bit of a busy part of town but that's good, it's a big city and things should be busy. The nights were peaceful and the hotel itself was quiet.

The staff were wonderful, very accommodating and helpful with luggage, reservations, and messages. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast good for the price.

Overall this was a good introduction to the city; I'd definitely go back again.

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

The 7th district is a busy area especially during the day, most of the government ministries and embassies are around there. However, by night, it is a secure and quiet area.

Indeed, it is a pleasant area to work in and it is also a pleasure for our team to welcome our clients.

We thank you for your good feedback, hope to see you soon!

Best regards

This hotel is a small but nice about 10 minutes walk from the Eifel Tower in an area which typifies evrything Parisienne .It has a small breakfast area which serves a basic continental breakfast but we chose to eat at other nearby cafes which provided cheaper hot meals. It is surrounded by numerous cafes , bars and excellent restaraunts all of which are very affordable. The room was bigger than expected with a French style but the bathroom was smaller than we would have preferred. We did have a problem with the room safe which wouldn't lock and the TV which wouldn't fix into any English speaking channels. As neither could be immediately fixed the offered us another room. The hotel provided 2 free internet terminals in the foyer which was a bonus as many hotels don't provide these at all let alone free.
There are bike hire stations scattered around the area which is handy to be able to familiriase ones self with the area. The Transit bus service and the subway are nearby ( 200 m) and we utilised both without any difficulty .The hop on / hop off bus service was only a 10 minute walk away and a must if you want to see a lot of Paris including all the Paris icons. The Palace of Versaille is a must see and you can get there very easily by train . Allow the whole day as there is much to see .
We arranged with the hotel to book dinner on the Eifel Tower as a package and then to see Moulin Rouge - a world class must see cabaret.
The staff were helpful in providing information but only if you enquired specifically about it.They were not forthcoming with any suggestions probably because of their lack of confidence in communicating in English.
Ther are several similar hotels in this area but we found Hotel Relais Bosquet a cut above them.

We stayed for 5 days at the Relais Bosquet. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The room was new, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating and the location is not to be beat. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our 6th floor room. The proximity to Rue Cler is the icing on the cake.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Relais-Bosquet for one week and had a fantastic time. The staff here are so helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and large. We got the king bed superior room The breakfast was outstanding. the hotel is in a great location. You have Bakery, ice cream, restrurants, a market place with all the shopping you need. And the metro, atm bicycles, Eiffel Tower and so many atractions in walking distance. We are going to book again here next year because we were made to feel welcome ,happy and cared for. Christian was our main contact, this person is perfection at its best. We did not want to leave. We feel like we have now true friends in France.

Dear Estimed clients,

Without being pretentious, we have the chance to have large rooms which is not a standard in Paris.

We would like to thank you about your post, I don't know if we are perfect but we try at least to do our best...

The Relais Bosquet will be always happy to welcome you.

Kind regards

Immaculately clean with a fairly large room and bathroom. Room 64 has a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bed. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but with electronic blackout shades I slept great. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and engaging. Local area is quaint, full of locals, with good shops and cafes. Walking distance to Eiffel tower and Invalides. Two blocks from a Metro station. Concierge would have been great, but for this price not expected. Good breakfast - free with Rick Steves Paris guidebook.

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

Several things help a hotel to become a good value: the cleanness, the kindness of the staff and the location are some of them. And it is thanks to our clients that we want to do better and better.

Chose this hotel as its close to the Eiffel and to Rue Cler. My room had a fantastic view of the Tower, and I have Frederica at reception to thank for this. I did request this possibility but never really expected to be so lucky. It really added to the experience of staying at this hotel which has lovely rooms in any case. My room felt spacious by Paris standards with pretty but not too frilly decoration. The amenities were lovely and there were nice touches, like magazines to read. Because I had mentioned Rick Steves ?spelling guide, I enjoyed breakfast for free. It was a nice selection of the usual - fruit, yoghurt, cereal, eggs, cheese. The hotel is near Rue Cler, a pedestrian only street filled with cafes, fruit, cheese and flower shops. Its a lovely experience to sit at one of the cafes in the later afternoon (Tribeca was one I enjoyed) and watch the locals collect their children from what must be a nearby school. The shuttle to the airport was late arriving and the gentleman on reception quickly made a phone call when I mentioned to him this fact. I appreciated his quick response. This hotel is at the top range of my budget but I did enjoy my stay here.

Dear clients,

As all our rooms don't have a view to the Eiffel Tower, we advice our nice customers to book in advance.

We are glad you enjoyed the room amenities and decoration.

Frederique and all our staff do a nice work and we are happy that our clients notice it.

We also have the chance to be well located, the 7th district is one of the best area in Paris.

Thank you for your feedback.
