“Wonderful Staff!”
Reviewed 26 February 2014

Can't say enough great things about this hotel. The first obvious one is the location. Walk out the door and you can see the Eiffel Tower. There is a small shop next door with all the essentials. Several restaurants with outdoor seating and a couple of crepe stands within a stones throw. The place is well run and clean. Rooms are small by American standards but, very nice. I don't normally write reviews but, the staff was so over the top helpful I just had to. Courteous service, helpful if you need a recommendation and always had a morning smile for us. Felt very welcoming and not like a big impersonal chain. Can't think of a better hotel in Paris to stay in.

Close to Tower and Arc. Room faced the Eiffel Tower. The room was small but had a full bath, double bed. The staff was great even had a car waiting for us t leave to the airport.
This is not luxury but as stated very close to the tower and only 5 Euros to other sites. You do hear the traffic (and there is a lot 24 hrs a day. Close to dining and a few stores and banks.
A little pricey but you save on taxis. Depending on the time of arrival and departure it does take time to CDG some plan on such.

Room Tip: The odd number rooms face the tower and enjoy able. 43 is a corner room but very small and with 4 ba...

I've stayed here a couple of times over the last few years and each time found it to be a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. The Trocadero and fountains and, of course la Tour Eiffel are a gentle stroll away and there are many great bistros and restaurants close by. It's not central Paris, but everywhere is easily accessible via the ubiquitous Metro. I can't wait to visit again.

Room Tip: A room on the inside over the inner courtyard will be a little quieter for light sleepers, but 3rd f...

You get what you pay for, this is not a luxury hotel, nor is it terrible. We stayed in room 33, which had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The draw back to this was being near the road...not a problem for me as I can sleep through anything, but my husband (a light sleeper) was disturbed by traffic and street noise. Good size room, nice big bathroom. Always clean and friendly reception staff. Next to the metro station and it's easy to get around from. Lots of cafés around to eat at (we went our for breakfast as it was better value). A 10 minute walk across the bridge to the Eiffel Tower (through the beautiful trocadero gardens) and the batobus stop is also right there. I would stay again, my husband would probably recommend somewhere slightly further away from the main roundabout.

Room Tip: Room 33 - great view!

I spent 7 nights there. It is really reasonably priced, and very appropriate for sightseeing holiday when you spend most of the day wandering about the city. The rooms are not as small as you expect them to be in Paris. The staff at the reception desk are excellent, the location is great. However, there are 2 things to be improved - windows need to be changed for modern plastic ones to prevent street noise from coming inside and total retraining or changing of staff (1 lady) from the canteen. She was constantly demonstrating negligence and even disgust to her work - didn't hurry to take away dirty dishes from the tables even if there were people waiting for the possibility to have breakfast. Once I asked, "Could you, please, bring me some more coffee." The answer was, "No, I don't have clean coffee-pots" All the rest was fine. I am not trying to be cross with them, but being a constant traveler ( a part of my profession) I know how it is important to have quick service.

Room Tip: Be ready to have breakfast somewhere else

I stayed here for two nights on business, it was very reasonably priced if you are in this area of Paris for business. It's also very close to some of the major tourist sights, so it was interesting to pass some time visiting these. I was able to get a single room for a good price, the room was pretty basic, but just what you need when it's work rather than pleasure travel.
The staff were helpful and assisted me with directions for Metro etc.
I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, great value for the money. Rooms decent, but not high-end. Bed comfortable, lots of storage room. The best part of this hotel is its location near the Trocadéro, just across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower. I would definetely use this hotel again. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, and always greeted you with a smile.
